So the customer service here is why all the reviews are so terrible. The girls at the front do not want you to ask questions about the menu, and they act Iike they don’t even want you in the store. I’ve been about 3x trying to give it a chance w different friends and family and I have seen two diff ladies. Even in the reply’s for the reviews on google, it’s like the business owner lets his bratty daughter or whoever is cashiering reply to the comments saying she is very rude to customers, and the owner replies are rude and sassy to the people on google complaining about the customer service!! Calling people broke and making fun of spelling errors when the ladies at the front themselves don’t even speak English well and get angry with you for speaking English to them! Reading these comments and the owner replies, I have never seen a business just not care about their customers feedback as much as this one and even make fun of their customers. It’s crazy to me that these ladies even work there bc they clearly hate it. It’s almost like the business owner lets these girls work by themself and run the store even though they hate the customers and serving them. There is many other places similar to this that sell ice cream and snacks in the area, and the workers actually are happy to serve you and are nice to you. The place also has a stink and tables are dirty with crumbs. It takes about 30min just for a simple watermelon agua Fresca drink, not even any food just the drink, most likely because the workers genuinely do not want to do their job. The food really isn’t bad just overpriced for what they’re giving you. There’s many other places to give your business to where they will be happy to serve you instead of angry that you walked through the door to give them your hard earned money. I truly wanted to enjoy this place because I prefer supporting small businesses over chain restaurants or coffee shops. Despite giving them several chances since they opened, I keep feeling disappointed. They either don’t have menu items, take an excessively long time to deliver my order, and have even given me the wrong item. I've always tried to justify these issues, but I’ve decided not to return. During my most recent visit, the service was poor; I received the wrong drink, and the staff seemed annoyed when I mentioned it. Although I’ve previously received the wrong drink here without complaining, I specifically came this time for the mazapán latte. They did replace it, but what I got was essentially a cup of ice with milk and bits of mazapán sprinkled on top. It didn’t taste like coffee at all. And maybe I like my coffee strong but this was incredibly disappointing. They really need to improve their customer service. I understand if they are busy, but this time the place was...

Made a quick late night trip. Glad they close at 10pm on Sunday. We liked their little set up to take pictures in. Super cute

Mini pancakes - were delicious. Nice plumped and soft.

Elote - was also good once I got out all the water out. Also thought they gave me half of what I should have gotten. As you can see in the picture

Hello kitty agua fresca- Unfortunately they gave me the wrong flavor. I asked for strawberry and was given Watermelon 🤦‍♀️.

They had already closed so I couldn’t go back and exchange it. Not a fan but it wasn’t too bad.
