I will not even argue the fact that your pictures provided are from 2 different credit cards because that doesn't mean anything.

Seeing as you enjoy posting pictures so much here is one of your Yelp rating distribution. 18 reviews, 2 with a score of 2 and 16 with a score of 1. Most of these are not Mediterranean restaurants so I'm not even sure why you would raise that in your argument.

Anyone looking at this can clearly see a pattern with you. Again I beg to ask if you truly have that many bad experiences why do you bother going out to eat?

I apologize if you feel like your feelings are hurt but anyone seeing your record of reviews would truly need to consider how legitimate you are.

First and foremost for all people reading reviews please note the review this same day from the handle "L Mm". I would implore you to perform your own due diligence and click their handle to see all of their reviews and you will note a very common history of poor reviews. It seems clear to me that they are simply trying to get meals for free.

I have eaten here several times in the past few weeks and the food is always fresh and always good. Of course there are some dishes I don't care for but that's a matter of one's palate. There are so many choices on the buffet that it would be extremely difficult not to find a combination that you will love.

With respect to service, remember that this is a buffet... You are expected to serve yourself, however, the front hostess/cashier - Sara is one of the nicest and kindest young ladies you'll ever meet and she will help you with any question you may have. She is the only person up front I've met so far and has been nothing but kind to me.

I am not all that familiar with Mediterranean dishes and on my first visit she went through the buffet explaining all of it to me. She's always been excellent.

I've never seen the place dirty and as mentioned before the food always appears very fresh, presentable and I've yet to be disappointed.

Lastly, to the owner, don't place any weight into what this "L Mm" said as again you just need to simply click their handle link and you will see a history of repetition of poor reviews in multiple restaurants.

If you have all of these bad experiences in all of these restaurants one has to ask why on earth do you...

I placed my order thru Grub Hub and of course there's a service by the restaurant to which you are required to pay. So, this isn't my first time ordering from this restaurant via grub hub. I'm a regular online customer. Today, I decided to order extras because I plan eat on the leftovers for 3 days maybe four. Instead of them making sure my order is correct they send it out without double checking. I received my order but I didn't have one of my extras which I paid for instead they give me extra pita bread which I did not request nor pay for. So, I call the restaurant and the so-called manager says that she would look into it and she puts me on hold for about 5 minutes. Then she comes back to say the person who was responsible for bagging my order forgot to put the paid extra in the bag. I explained to her my reason for ordering extras and she said oh okay. However, her way of making these right is giving me a refund but I don't want a refund I want my extra falafels that I paid for to be delivered to me. I requested she have them delivered to me as a customer courtesy but she says we can't do that. So, she would rather lose a valuable online customer instead of being a nice manager by delivering my extra falafels. I guess I'm not as valuable as I thought. Everything is not about money. It's called going above and beyond for your customer. One bad apple can spoil a basket full of apples. I'll just take my valuable online customer service to another worthy Mediterranean/Lebanese restaurant time....

We visited here yesterday. I got very sick after I had their food. My husband loves their food so am I however made me sick (nausea/diarrhea). It was all night ended up I could not sleep. I came here to check if anyone got sick before. There is a person in 5 month ago wrote that they got sick which i'm the 2nd one who got sick with their food.

Here are the dishes I had today: Chicken Biriyani Couscous Original Hummus Chickpeas Arugula salad 1 Falafel Gyros Not much , just small portion of each in one plate and no return to get more food.

I satisfied at the place while I had their food and disappointed tonight. I'm not really immune to some spices probably unfortunately....

One last thing to suggest to owener,

So there was a big party reservation around 1PM January 18th 2025. Other customers were seating by the windows and the big party people started coming in and some of their were close to other customers who were by the window which they didn't care and keep talking (standing). I understand the free seating concept however, it was very obvious and little uncomfortable that they were talking about religious stuff. 20 of guys were standing while one guy was having speech while others enjoys meals here (this is restauran). I saw few couple were moving their seats by themselves so as us and we left earlier that we planned.

I understand big party people, but this experience was not fun at all. If you have a big party, you might want to arrange the seating for other or staff member could do something different. customers like us who felt...
