Seeham their employee is way inappropriate laughing saying things to me like you are so sexy or you are so rich. So after months of ordering kid's potato getting a whole potato it came out cut in half. Seeham had rang me up wrong so.by the time I took it back and she was laughing I was not happy. Days before I had told Derek the shift lead that I had thought Nicholas had harassed us cutting our potatoes in half. He had not said if the potatoes are big for kid's potato we take a portion out. Instead he had said we have had many complaints on Nicholas and he has quit the job. Seeham does the same thing at lamadeline. I wrote it off as different culture. I asked for Derek last night so I left and came home and called him and he said if we order kid's potatoes there is an upcharge and if the potato is big it gets cut and that he should have told me when I had told him I was harassed by Nicholas cutting our potatoes in half. Last night on the phone he also said I was rude to his employees and someone wanted to register a complaint against me. Last night at the restaurant I googled does the kid's potatoes get cut in half at Jason's deli and it said no it comes in full and large. I went to seeham and had her read it. Then I tried to get omar and the girl at the end of the line to read it. Then I told Maria to not cut my potato in half. There is a culture of bullying and harassment in what happened which shows the management and the staff are not respectful. Therefore will not prepare food right either. I tried to report this to Noah the general manager this morning and he accused me of calling him stupid when I had called him incompetent pushing me to say ok you are stupid. The corporate girl was worse refusing to give me her name who put another girl on the phone who refused to give me her name as well. And hung up saying we have all the information we need. I am asking you not to support this business. In less than 24 hours I have been harassed by so many of them. Failing me as a customer. Put them under and don't support them. This culture of harassment and bullying has been at Jason's...
Read moreThe food was good, it was quickly made and the cashier was nice, but what really soured this experience was the cleanliness of the location. We came to this location around 8:40 on a Saturday night, there were about seven employees working, manager was visible behind the counter. But there were 15 tables in the dining area that needed to be cleaned. At no time during our visit did the manager have anyone clean the dining area. We looked at a few tables which had receipts sitting in the trash and one we saw was timestamped at 7:25pm which means the table had been sitting like that for over an hour. I noticed other customers dining in have visible shock and disgust in their faces by the amount of tables that were covered in dirty dishes and trash. We have eaten at this particular location a few times and it has never been this off putting. The manager who was on duty should be ashamed of himself for allowing the dining area to look that awful. I couldn't see his name tag clearly, I think his name was Raaman, but he was a male with black slicked back hair and wearing a blue button up shirt. By the time we left there were 17 tables that needed to be cleaned off and the manager and no employees were showing the initiative to bother cleaning the dining area. I feel very strongly that a restaurant shouldn't have that many tables needing to be cleaned and I find it extremely hard to believe that nobody noticed ANY of those 15 tables that needed to be cleaned when we walked in. I even took some photos of the dining area since it looked...
Read moreFood quality was fine, but severely disappointed in the mask compliance of both customers and staff.
While I was waiting for my curbside order to be brought out, I saw two people enter the store without masks, one of whom went to the counter and spoke to the cashier - who was not wearing her mask correctly. I could see from my car that it was below her nose, and I verified this when she brought me order.
I saw another person exit the store through the 'entrance only' door also not wearing a mask.
I will not be visiting again. It is up to the management to enforce correct mask wearing for staff and customers. You must enforce social distancing. If your front-line worker isn't bothering to wear her mask correctly, why should I believe that your other safety guidelines are being followed?
Masks should be worn covering the mouth AND the nosey everybody inside unless they are seated at a table and actually eating. Social distancing - including the use of properly marked doors is the responsibility of the store. Mask wearing is the responsibility of the store.
I had hoped with your commitment to food quality and health that I would feel safe here but it was exactly the opposite. Very...
