If I could give negative stars, I would solely related to one bartender. My wife and I went to this location on November 16th. A younger bartender took our drink orders and was very pleasant to interact with. After a day of gaming, we returned to the bar around 1:30pm to close out our tab. We were approached by a middle-aged African-American woman with medium length locks. My wife and I sat at the bar and waited for the bartender to approach us, once she came over and asked what we wanted, my wife requested to close out our tab and gave her name. The bartender sternly repeated the question, asking my wife, “Okay, and what was the name on the tab?” When my wife repeated her name, the bartender proceeded to roll her eyes and sigh heavily, then stated, “No, the bartender’s name, not yours.” When we told her that the initial bartender did not give her name, she rolled her eyes again and said, “Well then why don’t you describe her?” As we attempted to describe her, she fortunately rounded the corner of the bar (seemingly indicating there were only three bartenders on staff at that time) and we were able to point her out. The negative energy and frustration directed at us is not something I’ve never experienced before. But the interaction was brief and yet beyond hostile. It was our first time speaking to her that day, so I am completely perplexed why she decided to approach the situation with such anger. There seem to be no more than three bartenders working at the bar all so her lack of problem-solving ability was also a bit surprising. The bar was also not busy at the time so there was no need for that level of frustration. I’ve never closed out at a bar under the name of the bartender rather than the card owner. She was 100% speaking down to us for not knowing the name of the original bartender, even though that individual had not told us her name. A man came walking out of the kitchen who appeared to be a manager. I asked him if he was which he confirmed, Yes, I explained to him the experience we had just had a moment ago and he was clearly not as shocked as I was. Maybe this is normal for that bartender? Maybe Dave & Buster’s is comfortable with this type of hostile behavior towards patrons who simply want to pay their bill. He did apologize, he said sorry about it. However he seemed ready to move on with his his day and offered nothing else other than brief I am sorry. We spend around $300 at Dave & Buster’s. We will happily spend our money elsewhere because clearly this bartender was annoyed at us for simply wanting to close our tab and management clearly does not care about hostile behavior towards patrons who actually keep the facility open. At this point, I not only have no desire to go back due to the poor service, but also fear I may be targeted as there was no clear indication of why this bartender was so hostile to us and nothing done by management to rectify...

A First-Time Experience at Dave & Buster’s: Fun for All Ages

My recent visit to Dave & Buster’s with my two-year-old daughter was nothing short of a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a family outing. From the moment we walked in, the staff’s attentiveness stood out—every team member we encountered was courteous and quick to assist.

My daughter was immediately captivated by the array of games, so much so that I found myself chasing her around as she marveled at the sights. The place was immaculately clean, further adding to the overall pleasant environment. It’s a great destination for families to bond and have fun together, though I did notice there weren’t many games specifically designed for toddlers. I had to lift her up to let her participate in some of the activities, which she absolutely loved! While I hope they consider adding more toddler-friendly options in the future, there’s no doubt that the games were cutting-edge and offered something for everyone.

Another highlight of our visit was the food. We enjoyed our meal, although I did find the mac & cheese that I ordered for my daughter a bit on the watery side—perhaps that’s just how they prepare it. However, the Chicken Parm Pasta was a delight and is now on my list of must-have dishes for future visits.

To top it off, if you’re an adult visiting, I highly recommend trying their signature drink, the Blackberry Smash—an absolute winner!

I also noticed some new construction underway, which I hope will include even more attractions for younger children. All in all, Dave & Buster’s offers a wonderful blend of entertainment and dining. I’ll definitely be back with my daughter for another round of fun!

Thank you to the entire team for creating such a fantastic...

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful team at Dave and Buster's for turning a potentially frustrating situation into a positive experience. Yesterday, I placed an order through DoorDash for Busters American Restaurant, unaware that it was actually Dave and Buster’s. As someone unfamiliar with the area, I didn't realize until I arrived at the parking lot, causing immediate confusion and anxiety.

Feeling unprepared to navigate through a game room floor after a long day, I attempted to cancel my order, but DoorDash was unhelpful and wouldn't allow it. This left me feeling deceived and frustrated. Upon receiving my food, I was already expecting disappointment.

However, the staff at Dave and Buster's were incredible. Despite my initial apprehension, they were incredibly sweet, accommodating, and understanding. It was the bartender, whose name unfortunately escapes me (she had Locs and glasses and was there around 6:30), who took the initiative to make things right. Additionally, there was a gentleman with braids who kindly remade my order.

Their willingness to listen to my concerns and go above and beyond to rectify the situation truly made a difference. Instead of dismissing me or directing me back to DoorDash, they made me feel comfortable and valued, even offering a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.

To the entire team at Dave and Buster's, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service and genuine care. Your actions not only salvaged my evening but also left a lasting impression of kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this establishment for their outstanding...

Large, super clean and very well designed! Pretty delicious food and the staff is quite friendly as well! Here's the catch, things generally don't seem to be well organized. Receiving drinks and food at the restaurant can excerice your patience a bit and the accuracy of the dishes you receive are hit-&-miss (and you definitely don't want to send anything back, because you'll have to wait again). Also it would be nice to be able to sit in the actual dining area.. At one point, the volume from the tv got turned up so loud we couldn't even communicate at our booth. So we moved on to the game room. There is ample space and plenty of brand new games here! However, I did find that at least 5 machines weren't functioning properly. One of which was the VR attraction. After paying $5 per person (4 can ride at once), we found that 2 of the 4 seats were broken... I asked for a refund for those that couldn't ride, but the process took so long (over 20 minutes of standing around and getting ushered to different counters with no success), I just gave up and never received my money back. That said, I still recommend a visit if you have the time, it should be fun. Though it's gonna be a 3 stars for me. It's good, but there is potential to be better.

The worst experience. We placed our order. It took us 22 minutes to get sweet teas.. we had to ask for silverware. Asked for water never got any. Always someone different. My Bloody Mary was brown. When I sent it back although the bartender was kind she said would you like me to make it with v-8 juice ? No garnishes mind you as advertised .. I said “no thanks” I ordered the Hawaiian chicken sandwich and the slaw tasted sour/spoiled. Sent that back and the manger came to my table and said he had the kitchen manager eat some and said it was fine that is just how they make it. I was not offered any of saving grace from the manager to even try to make things right. Very disappointing.when my check was handed to me they only took off my sandwich and the Bloody Mary. I had to send it back for them to take the teas we waited on for over 20 minutes no water and our food being served before our tea touched the table. I have been in the service industry for 15 plus years. Never have I had such a horrible experience all the way across the board. We just wanted to have a fun family night out with our kids. Games were awesome! Will never eat here again.
