I've actually never been this upset by a simple 'getting some ice cream' experience then I was tonight at this location. One of the workers there tonight, Anissia? I couldn't fully read her name tag, was incredibly rude to my husband and I. It was a busy night tonight, and NORMALLY in a busy ice cream shop, you patiently wait in line until someone behind the counter addresses you and usually says something to the effect of 'What can I get for you?' So I was just looking at my phone waiting to be called as there were many people in front of us. This Anissia woman quietly and without saying a single word- walks in front of me on the other side of the counter and just rudely stares at me! Doesn't say a single word... as if I am supposed to know intuitively that it's my turn now. I didn't actually notice her as I was looking at my phone, my husband had to poke me and gesture towards her to let me know it was my time to order. When I looked up she was literally glaring at me, saying absolutely nothing. I was really thrown off by this interaction but ordered politely and without another word from her she goes off to make my ice cream. I'm waiting again, looking at my husband this time to be like 'what the hell was that about' until he gestures to me again to turn around and there this woman is with my ice cream in her hand outstretched toward me, standing there, staring at me WITHOUT SAYING A SINGLE WORD. I get it. Its the end of the night and it's busy, but I'm sorry... you can grow up and use your words. That was so rude and we absolutely didn't deserve to be treated like that when we were being nothing but patient and polite to her- my husband still...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEven in the cooler weather ice cream is a must and we never miss the opportunity to visit this Cold Stone store when we are in the area and sometimes we just go out of our way to be in the areaš I have visited other locations and have made this my preferred store as it is always clean and the customer service is top notch. My family is always greeted with a warm welcome and even if there is a long line the employees work briskly to complete orders. When there are new flavors or we can not decide what flavor we have been provided the opportunity to taste new flavors or try a different flavor with out hesitation. Thank you for providing my family with a clean safe environment in todays complicated situation to go and get a treat regularly. Tonight we decided to grab some ice cream from our favorite place Cold Stone Altamonte and once again no disappointment !! The store was busy with a good line for a chilly night. There were seven employees behind the counter that were working quickly and moving the line at a more than reasonable pace. They were all polite and professional while completing our order. As pictured the employees were all properly gloved while preparing our ice cream request. Now I have to say the new flavor for the season of love is shown in the picture below. I decided to go outside my box and try it and I highly recommend it if you like chocolate covered strawberries. It was amazing and now I will have to make more visits before Feb 15th. The store was clean and had a pleasant smell of waffle cone. Can never go wrong when you want great ice cream and professional customer service...

As a prior employee at coldstone creamery, i am very disappointed and disillusioned with this particular store. I was hired 2 weeks ago but unfortunately fell ill. I went in for my first day feeling a bit under the weather but nonetheless, pushed through and went in (With a face mask). After leaving the store that night i had gotten worse. Being the responsible and respectful person i am, i texted my manager about my current situation. With COVID making a comeback, i decided to go and get tested before going back in for a shift. She did not take well to the news and seemed to be much more worried about being understaffed rather than understanding my situation. I am pretty sure it is against Health Protocol to go in sick anyways. Especially around food. A week has passed by now and i canāt help but feel as though i have been left high and dry. I have yet to hear back from both management and HR. I tried to go about it discretely, but seeing as this store lacks professionalism i have chosen to go public. If you are ever in need of a job (especially during this pandemic) and are struggling to find work, DO NOT seek employment at this particular store. I have never been treated this poorly in the 6 years of working in Food/beverage customer service. I have worked for the Dattaniās before at a different location and loved it. But this time around i had a horrible experience. I WILL NOT be visiting nor will i be giving my money to this store ever again. Happy job hunting to you all and i hope this gets addressed and never happens to...
