Wow. Unbelievable. If I could zero stars I would. This was my first time ever trying Wing Stop and after this experience, it will be my only time. I have never in my life witnessed such poor customer service and supposed management. My experience started by trying to place a takeout order over the phone. I called the store, a woman picked up, I asked to place an order and she said online or come in and order and hung up. I was shocked by this but nevertheless I thought maybe they were busy so I went ahead and placed my order online. I arrived at the store and while I was checking my order I noticed that one of my orders was incorrect. When I brought it to the attention of the young man that was there he went and grabbed his ticket from the kitchen and showed me that on his ticket my food was made correctly. At that time, I went out to my truck to grab my phone so I could check my order in my email. My order showed that I ordered a mix-and-match both bone in and bone out wings but I only received all boneless. By the time I got back into the store a woman was at the front counter arguing with my mother over the order. I showed the woman my phone where it clearly showed that I ordered a mix and match and she continued to argue with me telling me that was not my order. At this point I just said to her can we please just fix this and I was told no, that they were not going to fix my order. I was in disbelief. What do you mean your not going to fix my order? I have already paid and tipped by the way and she is telling me they will not correct my order. At this point I asked to speak to a manager and In my utter disbelief she informed me she is the manager. I asked if I could speak to her manager or if she had a phone number for corporate and all she would say is her manager would be in tomorrow at 11. I asked what her name was as well as her managers and she would not be forth coming with that information. If all this wasn't enough she began to laugh at me regarding the situation. She thought it was funny that a customer was upset, not satisfied and asking for a number for corporate . I have never witnessed such a lack of consideration for a customer, let alone such poor customer service. I cannot fathom anyone putting someone like that in a management position. If Wing Stop cares about their brand and that specfic store location they should really check into their employees and who they deam qualified as "manager". It is insane to me that a person of that caliber would be the leader of a team. I have never in my life posted a review about a business. Trust me I have had poor customer service before but never to this degree. This was the worst experience I have ever been through. I feel so disrespected and violated to be honest. What kind of "manager" laughs at a customer and doesn't make any effort to correct an issue. I wasn't even trying to get them to fix my food for free, I would of paid for it just so my daughter could of got her correct order but this " manager" had no intention on correcting anything. The only thing she was worried about was arguing with me, telling me that I was wrong and laughing at the fact that I was upset. I can't speak on other wingstop locations but I can tell you in my opinion DO NOT go to the Altamonte location off 436...

Instead of giving me an efficient solution she gave me attitude and said we'll did you check your bag. N I said no. Which lead her to make the smart remark of we'll how are we supposed to know you didn't get everything if you didn't check your bag? Uhmm I'm sorry did you not get the order? Did you not cook the corn om that order? Did you not have proper training on how to get an order ready? Andd the worker there just said I think it's all in there. No one said to check the bag. I never asked for a refund. And she continued to go back and forth with me then finally said we can have the ticket here n noted that you didn't get your corn and you can pick it up when you come back. For a store that's busy and being a manager she had no critical thinking skills, lack of empathy on a mistake that was made by her store. As someone who worked in the food industry I know that no one has time for all of that. She could have started with a solution instead of saying it was my problem and fault that they didn't get my order right. I hope the calls are recorded cause that was ridiculous and they should know how she was acting and talking. I would not want her to be representing my franchise. Tenaya or Tinaya.
