What a find on my way through Amarillo!! I had a sort of Mexican surf n' turf with the campechano coctel and the carne asada tacos. Fresh, bright flavors in a simple and beautiful balance. I would not be surprised if the kitchen staff is actually from some coastline in Mexico. Absolutely loved our experience here today. The food, atmosphere, and service are phenomenal. The fajitas are delicious and the tuna tostada is by far the best thing I've eaten in months.
