I use to work at this location, and it was absolutely great. If a drink was ever made wrong, we would ALWAYS compensate the customer, whenever a customer was sitting in the drivethru for more than 7 minutes we would give them a gift card of $4 for their next visit. Since I use to work there (November-May 2016) I know exactly how all the drinks are supposed to be made. Every single time I go there, my drink is made wrong. I always order a tall flats bite with vanilla. This drink is made with whole milk and 2 ristretto shots. I like it a little sweet so I have them add vanilla. Every single time the vanilla is missing, and they use 2% milk. I can tell that they use 2% because I hate it, it's way too watered down. I usually do breve (steamed half and half) or whole milk. I let some of the employees know that my drink has been wrong every single time I go, and they don't compensate at all!! One of the employees told me that I should request more than three pumps of vanilla so that the amount of pumps will show on the sticker... NO!!! I WANT 3 PUMPS OF VANILLA IN MY TALL FLAT WHITE MADE WITH WHOLE MILK.... I absolutely loved working at Starbucks, but I am EXTREMELY upset that I am not treated like a customer... I never get any compensation. It's so obnoxious especially since the drinks are WAY expensive... This store is not consistent, I wouldn't...
Read moreI left the drive thru today feeling very sad and discouraged. I started off by ordering an iced matcha tea latte and a Java chip Frappuccino. I pulled up to the window to scan my app and as I was showing them the scan code, I asked, “can I please use a reward?” The person working the window did not acknowledge that they heard me. They quickly scanned and turned away. Then when they went to hand me the drinks, one of them was incorrect, and when I asked them if they got that it was supposed to be a reward, they stated, “you have to tell me before I scan.” Which I did. I asked them to give me the correct drink and they did fix that, but they asked to rescan my app two more times without explaining why. I did not feel like the barista/order taker really listened to me. I will admit that I can be naturally quiet… so if they didn’t hear me I thought they would ask me to repeat myself. Instead, it felt like they were trying to go for speed rather than accuracy because they did not ask for any clarification or acknowledge my request before scanning the app. I hope I never have to interact with that worker again- it was such an awkward,...
Read moreI have to agree with Maggie H. I work down the street from here and was pretty excited when they open. I come here all the time and lately I’ve had the worst service and my drinks have been disgusting. I’ve started tasting my drinks before I drive off. But it honestly depends on the shift. Morning shift isn’t bad. Every time I come in the afternoon or evening they are slow, busy on their phones, hanging out with their friends and just chatting. I never feel welcome when I come in and my friends and I always feel awkward so we leave.
Also, I absolutely hate when I get asked if I want coffee in my drink? Seriously? If people don’t want coffee in their drink they should say so, but what do you expect when you go to a coffee shop? It’s like asking someone at a bar if they want alcohol in...
