I was really disappointed, we were so looking forward to trying this place. The pictures that we saw looked incredible! Location and the setting are actually great, I even like the "feel" of the restaurant. Maybe it was the sandwich we ordered and our experience that was less than desirable. We ordered the "The Hot Bobbie" because it looked great and came highly recommended. Well, you can forget about it, lacking seasoning, flavorless, dry, and overcooked. Hate to say this, but it was hardly edible. The other issue we had was we were talked into making it a combo with a drink and fries (which were actually not bad) for an additional $3.49, but when we looked at the receipt it was actually $6.99. When we approached the girl who told us the wrong price and who also rang us up and informed her of the discrepancy, she then asked the manager who apparently corrected her. She simply stated that she was incorrect, but they wouldn't compensate us for her mistake. I can assure you that we would not have gotten "the combo" for an additional $7. I did like how the whole crew thanks you for tips because the cashier announces it during point of sale (downside of that is if you don't tip the whole crew knows about it which is WEIRD, I'm glad I always tip!) I would have loved to try one of their Waygu sandwiches, but due to the disappointment and dissatisfaction, I'm fairly certain we won't be going there again. There are so many better options in...

Ah yes, another sandwich served in a cold, noisy room with hard steel chairs and tables and hard, cold, noisy tile floors. Forgive my lack of excitement. I had some kind of spicy chicken sandwich reminiscent of a tuna salad sandwich but with canned chicken instead of canned tuna. The flat fries were interesting, falling somewhere between potato chips and french fries. I could have enjoyed them more with a bottle of ketchup, but apparently the owner can save a few pennies by offering only those ketchup squeeze packets, the maufacture and distribution of which should be a felony. We ordered food tonight an hour before closing. We picked up our food and left to go home. It was one bag and I asked if that was it and the person said yes. Didn't bother to look in the bag to make sure everything was in order. Made it home and we realized that we were missing 4 sandwiches. I called to see what happened. No excuses were made and they simply said, we are so sorry and we have them here in a bag on the table. When I arrived back to the store, they said they made the sandwiches again and refunded our money for the sandwiches. Class act!!! They didn't have to do this.
