I am a Uber and Lyft driver I travel all over especially do a lot of drop offs and pickups at Disneyland I have been eating at Carl's Jr my entire life I'm a 60-year-old I value the convenience of fast food locations especially the one Carl's Jr I'm at right now by Disneyland I have personally eaten at this location several times I have never had the experience at any restaurant location like I just had 10 minutes ago 1:35 p.m. Saturday August 23rd 2025 I had just dropped a couple off at the Anaheim convention center I know this particular Carl's Jr here on harbor I was having a bathroom issue I figured I would definitely use the restroom and order me some lunch as I have not eaten yet today I was in a panic as you know how that gets when you need to use the restroom ASAP I walked in I asked the gal behind the counter for the restroom code she with a serious attitude barked the code I was bothering her because I had not yet ordered food because I really needed to use the bathroom first. there's two restrooms at this particular Carl's Jr both of them have their man/woman availability for both restrooms however one of them was marked employees only leaving only one restroom available for patrons to use The one restroom was occupied by a family a man and his children I was getting desperate to get into the restroom I walked back over and asked for the code to the other restroom and I was very rudely told that's for employees only I explain to them that this was an emergency and I needed to use the restroom ASAP and then I was told to leave and go across the street or find another restroom never have I been so embarrassed so rudely treated!! I always tried to leave a good review when I have a great experience when I have a bad experience I always leave a review hopefully that the staff members and management can be retrained The staff members at this particular Carl's Jr on how to treat people with proper respect. Read moreOne of the most horrible experiences buying food. First thing I askedntje cashier to bad the combo separate from the rest of my order, failed. I guess she doesn't know the combos. Second ordered a Bacon Swiss you can clearly see the they out yellow instead of the Swiss because it melted into the chicken patty. Third they out jalapenos in it. Fourth the put some weird sauce in it. Fifth my kid bit the burger and ate a jalapeno she was crying because she's spiced up. Six when we drive back to the restaurant we tell the cashier, can't understand what she is saying wearing a mask the isn't covering her nose only mouth. I guess she doesn't know how to use one. No apologies or anything. She asked me what I already told her they put jalapenos she says I said yes for the 3rd time by now. She bring a older lady looks like a supervisor which asks me the same thing, I just want a refund at this point, no apologies as well from the supervisor from their mistake my daughter got spiced up. I ask her for my receipt back or a copy. Which she tells me she cannot give me my receipt or a reprint which I ask to take a picture to make sure the money goes back to my account. Then the picture I take isn't my receipt it's reprint of the refund. She says it's my receipt, i told her where is the rest of the order on the receipt. She says this is your receipt. Read moreMe and my friend had just visited the library across the street and decided to grab a bite to eat! So just after noon and we tried to enter the doors on the Broadway side of the street, but the doors were LOCKED! Why!? So my friend waits and I walked all the way around half the store to enter the facility on Harbor We finally get in and we order! We receive our drink cups and head to the soda machine; I push the lever and nothing! I ask the lady who initially took our order (who turns out to be The Manager) in a not so pleasant tone, "There is NO ice!?" Without saying anything, she pulls out a remote control and turns on the soda machine! What she forgot to do that after receiving our 24+ bucks! REALLY! After making our drinks, we go to wash our hands --- but you need a code to access the door! OMG!!!! Then the code I get was wrong and I have to go back to get the correct code! Geezzz! I have never been in prison, but THIS experience made me feel like I was! In the future, after visiting this library, instead of this place, I will just go to the Jack-in-the-Box 2 blocks up the street!
