My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I must say, this experience far surpassed anything I’ve encountered before. This was my second time both dining here and staying at the hotel, yet this visit elevated the standard of hospitality to a whole new level.
With Expo West in full swing, the surrounding chaos of traffic and crowds was overwhelming, yet the moment we stepped into the restaurant, it felt like entering a sanctuary of refinement and warmth. The hostess, Vanessa, was an absolute gem—gracious, kind, and incredibly attentive. Despite the frenzy outside, she made us feel like the only guests in the room, tending to us with poise and genuine care.
As we walked in, a sharply dressed gentleman in a sports jacket greeted us with such a warm and professional welcome, immediately setting the tone for what felt like a five-star luxury dining experience. His presence and hospitality were so remarkable that I later inquired about him, only to learn that he was, in fact, the restaurant manager. His kindness, attentiveness, and natural ability to make guests feel valued were truly impressive.
Our dining experience itself was nothing short of exceptional, but what truly set the evening apart was the above-and-beyond service we received. After dinner, we had a meeting with clients, and while another server initially asked us to move for a dinner party, David—the embodiment of exemplary hospitality—swiftly stepped in. With the utmost courtesy, he relocated us to a quieter, private area, ensuring our meeting could continue undisturbed. His thoughtfulness didn’t stop there. When my phone and my client’s phone died, I casually mentioned it to David, and without hesitation, he took it upon himself to find us a charger—something I never would have expected but was beyond grateful for.
David’s commitment to guest experience is simply unparalleled. He didn’t just provide excellent service; he made us feel truly valued. His attention to detail, generosity, and genuine care left an indelible mark on us. It’s rare to find someone who embodies hospitality with such sincerity and excellence.
This was, without question, one of the best—if not the best—dining experiences I have ever had. I cannot thank David and the entire team enough for their outstanding service. I will not only be returning but will actively recommend this restaurant to others, urging them to connect with David for an experience that goes beyond dining—it’s hospitality...
Read moreI stayed in Anaheim for about a week for a conference and had all my meals at nFuse. I have an extreme allergy to onions, and when I let them know this prior to the start of my trip since nFuse was also catering my conference, they took my allergy very seriously and asked me a lot of questions about keeping my food separate from the "normal" meals. They also took the initiative to ask me about the types of food I preferred so that they could create a custom meal plan for.
When I arrived, the chef met with me personally to go over my allergy, and look at the menu options he'd devised. nFuse hosted several buffet dinners for my Conference, but they made sure to prepare a special meal for me separately since most of the dishes the conference organizers had onions in them. When we were on our own for meals, we had dinner in the restaurant. The dining room was elegant, light, and relaxed, but still had an intimate feel to it. It was very comfortable which allowed me the opportunity to let my hair down and really focus on my companions while we shared a lovely meal. Because of the atmosphere, I imagine that nFuse would be a great place to bring a date. However, you should keep in mind that it is in a hotel, so bringing a first date might be perceived as a bit presumptuous.
The food was also unbelievably delicious! I'm a meat and potatoes kinda girl and the very obvious gourmet meal descriptions and the slew of ingredients that I'd never heard of was very intimidating. I honestly didn't know what was safe for my "plebeian" palette. However, I worried for no reason since nFuse also took the initiative of alerting its entire staff about my issue so that all I needed to do was to introduce myself and they took care of everything else. I did have two companions who did order off the regular menu and they were also very pleased with their meals.
I must say that by the time we reached the end of our stay, I felt like quite the spoiled princess. I kinda wanted to fold up nFuse and put it in my pocket to take...

When we showed up, there was some sort of convention going on, there were hundreds of people! There were probably about 100 people in and around the bar area at nFuse alone. Needless to say, we were a bit worried that we weren’t going to be able to enjoy each other’s company due to the noise level, plus we were nervous that we wouldn’t have a table since there were so many people!
The hostess seated us right away, and brought us past the bar area into the dining room, where it was much quieter and relaxing. Thank goodness!
The drinks were alright, nothing too memorable… but the calamari!! Oh my gosh, it was sooo good! Even the little green beans that were mixed in were good! Aesthetically, not appealing lol… it looks like vomit… but wow… it was good!
Matt got the ribeye… it was good, a little undercooked a bit, but that works out for us since I will use it in some sort of homemade dish. Matt says he looks forward to me making a meal with it more than he enjoyed the dinner here.
I got the pear and prosciutto flatbread. This was really flavorful! It had a bit too much arugula, but that’s an easy fix. I got a pino to go with it rather than the peach Negroni I started with.
For dessert, we got the Table Campfire S’mores… soooo good and so much fun! It was served with apple slices, Carmel and Nutella…. Very very good!!
The decor was very modern and clean, I really enjoyed the atmosphere!
I would go back and recommend going here to anyone! Great date night or just stop in for...
