Taco Bell — Restaurant in Anaheim

I gave a 5 star review b4 when I went after remodeling during lunchtime. This time I came at 11pm when dining ends and drive thru only. I arrived around 10:50pm. Ordered at around 11pm because I was hungry and kept looking at the clock. There were 4 cars ahead of me when I ordered. I remember seeing the clock at 11:12 at arrives at window ro pay at 11:24pm. Then it took another few min to pay then wait for my food. The girl at register was nice, smiling, and courteous. But the service speed was slow and made me wonder if staff is shorthanded. I only saw another guy briefly at a register and couldn't see how many in kitchen staff. Food was good but proportions for the new Steak Rattlesnake Fries are much smaller than shown in commercial. Rattlesnake burrito was okay. Tasted good, proportions okay, but fries in burritos just doesn't mix well most of the time especially when fries have hard edges or ends. I'd recommend the fries but not so much on the burrito unless it's what you prefer. Basically same ingredients but one is wrapped while other you can create your own combination of tastes with...

The front door and google were saying that it is open until 1am. It is not ! We arrived at 10.30pm and we were told it was closed and that without a car they cannot serve us, except if we order online which would take of course some time. The waitress was very rude, saying that if you cannot find how to do it online, she can tell us how to spell taco bell ?? Ask us to hold the door because she wanted to take her break with her colleagues but didn't want to be locked out. We have been too nice to hold that damn door and should have left ... She even had the audacity to ask us to complete a survey to get some free food (to get a better rate I guess, and to give us some old food that have waited all day probably 🤷🏼‍♀️) Anyway DO NOT GO THERE. Save your time and find a better place, with friendlier staff and probably better food too as taco bell is not known to be a good...

Asked for a big handful of fire sauce and a handful of hot sauce. I was only given 3. After waiting a half an hour in the drive through, and with their dine-in doors locked, I wasn’t going to wait in the drive through line again for the sauce I asked for. The meat in the taco was lacking - I was eating more taco and lettuce than meat. Some bizarre things happened while waiting too. A lady marched up to our car while we were at the window waiting for our food and complained to the employee that something she ordered wasn’t in her bag. Another driver had to talk back and forth with the employee (or manager, not sure) about their order being wrong, leading to the exceptionally long wait time.
