GO TO THE LOCATION (1228 Magnolia Ave, Anaheim, CA 92804) INSTEAD, IT HAS LOWER PRICES AND IS ONLY 5 MINS AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE LOCATION!! I kid you not when I say avoid this location at all costs and the extra 6 min drive is worth it. This location desperately needs a renovation and a re-evaluation of its entire staff.
What was supposed to be a peaceful and quick coffee trip, turned into a chaotic 40 min interaction where I left with no coffee and a fraudulent charge from them LOL. Love Lee's Sandwiches but this location is the most ghetto and unprofessional place ever. The lady at the cash register was getting yelled at by two different customers with seperate issues when I walked in and I started to feel bad for her until I realized how much she was in the wrong. Apparently the card reader wasn't working and kept refunding the amount charged to our cards, as clearly shown on the receipts. The lady at the register kept demanding that we owe her cash because she thought money was just being put into our cards when really it was reversing our card payments. No matter how many times me and the other random customer were trying to explain that to her, she would just go back to saying that we owe her money??? I just left to get coffee at another Lee's location that was 6 mins away where the atmosphere and customer service was much better. Then 2 days later I see a manual input credit card charge from the first Lee's location I went to where I didn't buy anything!! I called them and they said to just come in because they were too busy lol. Didn't have time for that so I just called my bank to claim it as a fraudulent charge. I'm a pretty sympathetic person and usually always side with the employee because I know how tough customer service can be, but this employee really went out of her way to be immature and rude. Read moreThis place is the worst of Lee's sandwiches. The first lady who take my order mislead me into thinking I was getting what I ordered. The second girl said it was my fault I ordered what I did not order. Couldn't do a fair exchange either. Which also meant they get to keep my money as well. The third "girl" named "beauty" obviously not her name with her snooty attitude and poor customer skills said i order what i ordered. But they didn't hear a word I said. When I left the restaurant I could "bueaty" saying "loser!" I thought Lee's sandwiches were better then this. Makes no sense. But after being mislead by these people I wonder if their real US citizens. Because "beauty" needs a reality check in customer service. But coming from a war veteran these people need to grow up and learn better english. I thought what "beauty" said was uncall for. I never said anything rude to these people of Lee's sandwiches. They are also really dismissive of their own wrong doing. If you go here, don't think you'll be treated like a human being.
