Absolutely terrible restaurant. I ordered food after sitting at the ER Vet for 5 hours. Order was to be ready between 7:10-7:20. Got a confirmation order saying order was ready. Arrived at 7:44pm. They can't find the order and are confused. Tried to give me 2 pizzas. I ordered 2 pizzas, a salad, tea, and garlic knots. They didn't do anything except for the 2 pizzas and tried to make me a 3rd pizza that I didn't want. They then 'found a salad' down below in a cooler. All of the families sitting in the restaurant are without food. I asked the girl behind the counter if there was anyone supervising that evening since they couldn't find the reciept for the order. Apparently she was the manager. She cooked an attitude immediately and snapped at me when I asked her why my "order ready" email came, yet I get there and they don't have it completed, 25 mins later. She snapped "I told you we are making it now" so I asked her why she has A bad attitude toward customers when it's THEIR mistake. She snapped that "if you have an attitude I'll throw it right back and that's what you get." Absolutely unbelievable. What she claimed would be 5 minutes for the rest of my order, took 13 mins. If you like long hair in your food, manager was leaning with back against all the toppings, ponytail down her back sweeping into the food,...
Read moreMy family and I had decided to try FYRE Pizza and I can confidently state we will never be coming back. There were four of us in total, two members of our party got personal pizzas, one of us got a wrap, and the other a sub. After an already long wait our food came out staggered with 15+ minute wait times in between plates. The two of us that got pizzas were finished before the two of us who got other items even saw our food. We were told several different stories when asked about the wait time(being that they were out of the chicken, only one person knew how to make it, we were entirely forgotten about, etc.) but not one time were we communicated within the hour we sat there. We decided to ask for the sub and wrap to go, and while we were eating in the car we discovered our food was soggy, the chicken was freezer burnt, and the orders had been sitting while we waited as they were no longer warm and tasted old, as if they were sitting out on a counter. All in all FYRE Pizza was a huge waste of our time and money, and I would not recommend spending a dime at that...
