Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Anderson

We have been to this place a number of times and was always happy with the sandwiches. However, my husband and I were there last night and we were both disgusted and pissed. First, I waited over 20 min. for a big kahuna They might have told me it would 1/2 hour before my sub would be ready. But instead, got an attitude when I asked if I was going to get a sandwich or not. In the meantime, my husband watched the guy running the grill flip his hair, over the grill, wipe sweat with apron then, not wearing gloves, grabbed the bun for the sub!!!! Was told my order was behind a big order called in. Well, how about you take care of the customer in the store. Who ever the "big" order wasn't even there yet. I watched him put one Big Kahuna after another in a pile. Couldn't he have given me one of those and throw another one on for the "big order"? That would have been the considerate thing to do!!! We got a refund and left with no dinner! WILL BE GOING TO FIREHOUSE SUBS...

We just went here back on the 27th or March 2022. Staff was amazing friendly as we are accustomed to at JM's. Food was fresh and great. Prices have crept up and it was a hard pill to swallow almost $35 for 2 reg sub combo's, but with several restaurants making us wait 20 minutes plus or just not serving us at all due to staffing we are grateful for places like this left with good service and will pay for it.

One thing I don't like though is the inconsistency of prices where things like door dash the subs are several dollars more expensive than ordering through their website. I don't understand, same food should be same price? They aren't doing the delivery so why have the prices higher in some of those apps?

I've been to the Jersey Mike's Clemson Blvd location several times since they first opened, and they have yet to disappoint. The customer service and food are always phenomenal, and the restaurant always clean. This place is the definition of "service with a smile," and you can tell the staff take pride in their work, which makes the experience even better. My most recent order was the Big Kahuna; the employee recommended adding chipotle mayo and going heavy on the meat and vegetables, and it was excellent. He brought it out to our table, and even went out of his way to get us napkins and utensils (as adding heavy meat and veg means a lot is going to fall off of the bread). Once again, phenomenal food and service, I would give more than 5 stars if I could. This 2 pictures are added in.
