Terrible service. Offensive attitude. Late orders.

Story: we were waited by this waitress who claims to have been working for only a couple of weeks. We ordered drinks. Some alcoholic, some soft drinks. Half of our drink came. The other half didnt make it. The waitress returned to us 30 minutes later just to tell us that a certain alcoholic drink is out of stock. Are you kidding me? Couldnt you have told us before?

Then we ordered food. Again, half of our orders arrived. Apparently the waitress forgot the other half. We had to wait for the remainder of the foods to come. While waiting, we found a hair in the arrived order. So we had to call the waittress, and this is what she said: "How convenient! I'll go get my manager."

Attitude of that waittress was more ridiculous. After waiting for like an hour for our food (though partial) to be served, i could not help but exclaim, "Finally!" To which that b** waittress responded, "How nice to have the order you've been waiting for so long, huh?" I can't remember what she said verbatim, but it was more sarcastic than it sounds.

So, with the hair and the attitude, we decided to leave. We weren't welcome well anyway, since the group that arrived after us had their drinks and food before we got ours and were about to leave before we got all of our foods that we ordered.

I called the manager. Explained everything. We are leaving. I am not paying for anything for that night. So we just paid for our drink and left. Thank you BWW for wasting our time.

No really. After that we went to Bar Louie and we would have had more time to hang out if we didn't waste 2 hours at BWW.

So my advice is: if anyone is looking for a place to hang out that opens till 2 AM, i recommend Bar Louie. They always have kind and friendly staffs and friendly environment (even the customers there are friendly). They serve their foods quickly and are professional.

In spite of my subpar experience at many other BDub's in the area, this one I find to be consistently on point.

The servers are friendly and professional. They'll check on you several times during your meal and ensure you aren't without a drink. And it's these servers who are really the stars here. At another BDubs, I recall a visit where I waited at the podium and watched as no less than seven (SEVEN!) employees gave me that doe eyed stare as if to say "I see you...but it isn't my job to do anything about it so....", say nothing and walk away. This simply doesn't happen here. If a hostess isn't around a sever will come up to seat you. I really believe that other BDubs should get their staff trained at this one because no other BDubs has service as good as this one.

The food is often good here too. If you've been to BDubs then you know what to expect, though like any other place, are prone to their off days. Though they are few and far between (I've gone here enough on lunch breaks to know!).

Management also frequently makes the rounds to check on customer's and I've always felt that this was a really professional and personal touch that more places should do. So bonus points for that.

Generally speaking you can tell when a place isn't managed well and the workers are down in the dumps. But the staff here are generally in high spirits and it shows in the quality of their work. While BDubs may not be the best place for wings (local restaurants or smaller chains typically beat them out imo) it is a good place for groups to get together, watch the game and overall have a good time. Had a very bad experience ordering from this particular location. I placed an order online for ASAP pickup around 6:15pm. I called in after ordering asking when my food would be ready and was told "35-40 minutes after it was placed." I arrived to pick up around 6:55pm when I was told it would be ready, but did not receive my food until 8:15pm after 80 minutes of waiting. I asked about my order in the store multiple times and was told every single time that my food would just take a couple of minutes. Had I been told it would have taken the extra 80 minutes it took, I could have gone home and waited. Instead, I was made to wait in the store because of an employee mistake (or several). A manager actually gave me attitude and said "You need to wait just like everyone else is doing." No one else had waited as much as I had to pick up at that point. I understand that orders should be made in a certain order, but the manager was being very inflexible and inconsiderate considering I ended up waiting at the store because of an employee mistake. My order was not complicated (I only ordered 20 wings) and it could have been easily dealt with on the spot. Furthermore, my order was executed incorrectly. I asked for sauce on the side, and my wings were tossed in the sauce. The order didn't even include the ranch that I had requested to come with it. To top it all off, after 80 minutes of waiting, my wings still ended up being cold.

EDIT: Owner asked me to fill out a form to report the incident. I did as asked and have not received a response. Why ask me to report my visit when you won't take the time to respond? I guess the idea to is to feign that you guys actually care about your customers. Thanks for wasting...
