Macarons were very good, perfect texture! Average price for macarons. The 6 pack was around $12.50. The disappoint comes with the flavors. The day I went, they did not have 25 flavors available. I called before I made the hour drive and asked what flavors they currently had. The woman just said they always have 25 in their case. When I arrived an hour later, there was only 2 rows of flavors! 16-18 flavors and unique flavors like sugar cookie, champagne, strawberry cheesecake, peppermint, eggnog, coffee, orange sherbert, lemon poppyseed, and a few chocolate ones. I couldn’t even pick any out because I was disappointed in the weird flavor selection. I had to ask if they had vanilla or strawberry. They had vanilla not in the case. They have so many better flavors I saw on the website. I wish they offered online ordering and delivery! Would buy...
Read moreThe blueberry lemon macaron was perfect flavor wise, but unfortunately out of the $30 pack of 12 it was the only one to stand out. I love macarons and had been debating on trying Le Bon Macaron but always sought elsewhere due to the pricing. Yesterday I decided to treat myself and a friend, unfortunately every single macaron was baked at too low of a temperature and the tops were hallow and crumbly. I understand that macarons can be fickle and difficult to bake but for the price I would think it would be a given that they are baked correctly. A lot of the macorons in the variety I got lacked flavor. The strawberry margarita and salted chocolate tasted of pure salt.
The cafe is cute but I’m disappointed with what I got and will unfortunately not be...
Read moreThe staff is always super friendly and helpful. Their tea and drinks are great. The tea party is a lot of fun and their homemade scones are delicious! Their macarons are good, but they aren't all great, which is what is holding them back from a 5 star review. Most of their flavors all taste like one another, so much so that if you were blindfolded, you wouldn't be able to tell what flavor you are eating. Only a few, such as: pear, violet, churro, and yuzu actually taste strongly like the flavor it should. I wish all their flavors were distinct. Perhaps they can work on stronger flavors like macarons from...
