We had such an amazing experience with Abracadabra and would definitely recommend! We went in back in January, just to check it out. I was thinking I would want a custom made engagement ring, but didn't know at all what I wanted, as I'm not a jewelry person. Vittoria and Courtney were amazing! They spent so many hours with us. The first day we checked out rings, and I was pretty overwhelmed with all the different decisions that would need to be made. They were so good about letting us take a break and come back. When I came back, I told them about an idea I had for an engagement ring. They spent another couple hours talking it out and sketching some quick designs to get an idea. After that, they sent us our sketches, and a couple weeks later we went back in to check out stones. And again, they spent a couple hours with us playing with a bunch of different stones to get the right look. Through the shutdown, they kept in contact with us, and although the mold was done, was happy to let us wait until we could see it in person, at which point their safety protocols were on point! A Magical Experience

I grew up in a small town in Kentucky, where you knew the jeweler that you used because your entire family has used them for generations and, of course, you knew everyone in town. When I moved to the Ann Arbor area last year, I was worried that I would not be able to find the same kind of experience in a new place. I was wrong. I was given an heirloom piece from a family member and wanted to make it my own. Upon the recommendation of a neighbor, I came to Abracadabra to ask them some questions about creating a custom piece. They took the utmost care in ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted. From the wax mock up to the finished product, they worked with me to create the perfect piece. I knew I wanted something unique, and we walked out with a bi-color Montana sapphire whose beauty and coloring I have never seen in any other stone. After experiencing their professionalism, warm energy, kind collaboration, and attention to detail, I knew I had to partner with them again to turn a vintage string of pearls (gifted to me by my mother-in-law, who received them from her grandmother) into my wedding day jewelry.
