Twice I visited this location on my lunch break food was decent service not so friendly on my 3rd visit I took orders from my coworkers and had a bad experience - the ladies making the sub's where rude and rushed me with the orders once I brought them back two of my coworkers sub's had been burnt to a crisp the bread was black. They called to inform them and to request new sub's the women who answered the phone decided to argue with my coworker saying the bread was not burnt after about 5min of them going back and fourth my coworker stated I'm not going to argue with you I'll be returning the sandwhichs and I'd like them remade once she arrived the women continued to argue with her until she was told to be quite by another woman who then took over and remade the sub's - with that being said customer service is not practiced here what so ever and with our last encounter they have lost 10 customers because we have boycotted this place as a whole. I was in town for a biopsy last week, and afterward, of course, I was hungry. After walking the city blocks a few times looking for something authentic, I stumbled across Sottini’s. My tastebuds never steer me wrong!
I checked out the menu, left, and of course came right back—the place just had that “it” factor. I ordered the Chipotle Steak Sandwich and oh my Lord, it hit the spot. My mouth was sore, so it took me a good 45 minutes to savor and enjoy every small bite. The meat was so tender it literally melted in my mouth.

I saw a Hooked phone app deal that interested me and went into the shop intending to purchase the offered sub deal, along with a couple of other food items and a drink. However, the person who was working at the counter informed me that the Hooked deal had recently been changed and that they wouldn't honor it as it was currently appearing in the app. I politely challenged this as false advertising and requested that the deal should be honored as it actually appears until the app is updated with the change; at that point the other person working there said that I could pay $1 more instead and still get the original sub that I wanted.
