Ordered delivery for me and my son for lunch, my son was crying and I was upstairs consoling him when my delivery arrived. I came downstairs to missed calls and an aggressive vm and no food at my door. I called the delivery driver back and explained my situation he was very aggressive and very rude. I apologized and reexplained that I was consoling a small child and didnt mean to miss the delivery. He was short, scoffed a few times, and then told me I would have to wait as he was back at the store waiting on more deliveries and he would get out to me when he could. I would normally give this location a great review, because most of the time the people are friendly, the service is fast and the sandwiches are well made. But today 10/29/16 I walked in a little after eight pm and immediately felt like I wasn't welcome. There was one person working and she was wiping a table when I walked in. She looked up and gave me a dirty look when I said hello. She rang up my order and made the sandwiches at a good speed but her body language was negative the entire time. I love this place! Good sandwiches, quick service, helpful & friendly staff. I went in for a quick lunch and decided to go with a new sandwich instead of my regular favorite. It was the Cuban. I liked it! Ham & bacon, lettuce & pickles, mayo & Dijon mustard. The sour flavors got to be a little intense toward the end, but chips & lemonade helped to balance it out. Music in years past has been too loud and disagreeable for me to eat in the store, but this time it was a moderate volume and a more pleasant genre.
