Dunkin' — Restaurant in Archdale

Firstly I’d like to say I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! If you want coffee go across the street to Starbucks or drive to Highpoint or Lexington for the other closest Dunkin! As a former employee of Dunkin I’m quite disappointed in the customer service and over all experience. Making ice coffee takes no more than 3 minutes to make NOT 10! For a place to be as slow as they were at 4:45 you shouldn’t have people waiting in drive thru or in the lobby no more than 5 mins. I received my coffee that tasted like pure BURNT COFFEE. The employees DO NOT know how to make a latte and it shouldn’t take 3 employees to make 1 drink. As an employee you also shouldn’t be LAUGHING at the fact you made someone’s order wrong.. what kind of customer service is that?!. Not only did you make my order wrong but you did it on purpose. Sat in drive through (I was the only car) about 5 min waiting to place order. Finally a man took my order. I ask if they had cake donuts, he said yes, I ask for 2 with chocolate icing. I sat behind one car at the window and finished 4 chicken fingers before the car pulled away for me to pay. Very slow service. Only to pull away and end up with chocolate cake donuts with chocolate icing. Man never ask me if I wanted chocolate donuts and I had no idea I would be getting chocolate either or I would have said I want plain. I just kept them and they were absolutely horrible. I come here every morning and get a mocha iced latte or a caramel iced latte. The staff is always nice. The issue is the inconsistency of the drinks. Some days my drinks have 1 or 2 pumps of mocha or caramel when it’s 4 by default for a large. Yesterday I found a coffee bean in my latte lol some days they make it right but when I ask for extra pumps in case they don’t make it right sometimes it’s too much because the one girl there makes it right.
