Mobile order# 1314612057 (This interaction took an hour of our time and their time this was 2hrs before they close this is from memory but there wasn’t an argument or anything just very unpleasant situation) I pulled up to the drive thru only to have no-one answer the intercom this has happened multiple times before so I was expecting it tbh, but I had already made the mobile order so after waiting seven minutes I pulled up to the window only to have them with their back turned to the window already cleaning the frosty machines which I get I’ve worked at a Wendy’s, so I went back around and on the intercom (still haven’t answered yet) hey I placed my order on a mobile order I noticed you were cleaning your machines the mobile order won’t let me cancel are you able to cancel the order for me? (They pick up) them: welcome to Wendy’s how can I help you? Me: repeating what I first said Manager: can you pull up to the first window I pull up Manager: we won’t be able to cancel it you’d have to do it from the app and the frosty was too liquidy I can’t serve you that or I’d loose my job (never offers substitute or refund) Me: it’s not letting me cancel it gives me an error Manager: the only order we have is from (insert random two initials) and tells me their order Me: that’s not what I had Manager: pull up and we’ll look for it I pull up only to see cooks sitting in the lobby I see manager walk up to them and talk to them and they just stand there before coming back out to me (when I worked at Wendy’s we were not allowed to sit in lobby unless we clocked out temporarily) Manager: have you tried calling the DoorDash number? Me: I did they said they were closed, well I didn’t call the DoorDash one but I didn’t have a DoorDash I just had a mobile order Manager: well someone picked up your order 2-3 hrs ago Me: we only placed a mobile order like 30 minutes ago? So I’m a little confused on how it was picked up 2-3hrs ago Manager: *shrugs and then goes to go back inside after asking me to call the DoorDash people
I call doordash doordash Wendy support: I’m so sorry you’re dealing with that we unfortunately can’t help you since it’s just a mobile order you’ll have to call the store Me: okay thanks so much
manager come back out to hand food to the people she parked in the mobile order spot
Manager: still haven’t found your order yet

Me: is there anyway that I can tell you my order?
Manager: yeah that would help
Me: I start telling them-
Manager: can you just pull back around to the window
Me:sure *pulls back around starts telling her order Manager: shouting back order to cooks can you pull back up for us
we wait longer
Manager: we’ve got some more bad news potatoes are hard
Me: can we substitute them please or get a refund for the potatoes please? (We were already losing out on 6$ because of the frostys)
Manager: what would you want to substitute them with?
Me: could we do fries cause I think that’s the same price ish and the easiest thing to substitute it with but with everything we put on the potatoes on the fries please?
Manager: it’ll be messy cause our containers or small

Read moreWe stopped by at about 6-7pm. Maybe a little later. Either way the wait time was ridiculous! There was a worker who came in late, clocked in and went to work.. then another worker came in and was immediately sent home because he was late. Didn't make any since because there was a guy before him who was guilty of the same thing. Anyways... when it was our turn to order our food the lady at the counter started looking for a spray bottle like her line wasn't backed up enough not to even mention the drive through line. Once she got her spray bottle she started cleaning the counter.. saying that someone grabbed her spray bottle and put de-greaser in her spray bottle and the counter was oily and she couldn't stand it.( which may I mention a family of 5 walked out.. I'm pretty sure that was a decent amount of money that walked out that door. ) I personally think that the spray bottles should have been labelled. THEN the drink machine was leaking water all over the floor.. it was soaked. When my husband said something to the manager he told my husband that the ceiling was leaking it wasn't the machine. We looked at the ceiling and it wasn't even wet. No water damage at all. The soda machine wasn't making ice the way it should and there was water dripping out of the machine everyone who wasn't sight impaired could see it. The pitiful workers were sent to MOP the CARPET ! Then not to mention that there was no tea in the lobby. Hhmmm... I personally don't like the way the staff or guest were being treated. The only thing I can take out of the whole situation was that.. for 1 - if water is coming from the machine, bacteria can get in the machine. 2- Why did the manager assume that telling us the ceiling was leaking was better than acknowledging that is was the machine.. I think that would have cause a mold issue.. and 3- the staff isn't entirely to blame.. the manager is somewhat of a jerk but it's not right that everything should fall on him. The owner of this facility should try to do something. The rest of the staff shouldn't be talked to the way they were being talked too and paying guest should never be put in a situation where they have to second guess eating food that they had to pay for. If you want my personal opinion.. go somewhere else. McDonald's should be up and...
Read moreWe got our order taken and we were very specific about the size of our fries. My sister paid and we got NO receipt. At first we only got the nuggets, a burger, and fries from the meal. I told my sister that we were missing 2 large fries and her drink. The person at the window was making a personal call on her phone instead of working and wasn’t listening to anything we said. She handed us ONLY 1 large fry after that, the coffee my sister ordered, and she tried to give us two drinks that we did not order. She handed us one of them anyways so now someone else is missing their drink. They didn’t give us any of the extra ketchup we had asked for. None of us this would’ve happened if the guy who took our order would’ve stayed at the window. For some reason he decided to switch off with a bigger white lady who was making a personal call… now to the food, the fries are DRY and have no salt. They didn’t give us our sweet n sour sauce for the nuggets nor ketchup so everything is dry. The fries are dry, the nuggets are dry, and my burger is dry. The burger has two slices of cheese yet, they couldn’t do the simple task of making it right and adding the proper amount of lettuce, ketchup, or tomatoes. There is one piece of soggy lettuce, only one piece of tomato, and barely any ketchup which is why I wanted extra ketchup. Do not come here. They started to get an attitude with us and we were in a rush so we had no choice to go. They wouldn’t get the receipt so they probably stole money from us. DO NOT COME HERE. They suck at their job and this wendys should not be in service. @corporate DO BETTER! Btw in the picture, yes I have eaten a part of it but only because I am out of state, haven’t ate in 5 hours, and we are in a rush to go to a meeting. I still can’t finish it bc it’s dry...
