I stopped in here today to order my meal of a roast beef sandwich, curly fries, and a strawberry lemonade. I'm not even upset that this meal cost me just shy of $16. But what I am upset about is the surly attitude from one of the employees working there. She was behind the counter but she should be kept back in the kitchen making the burgers or something because this was one unpleasant person to deal with. first off, my meal wasn't to go order but she loaded everything onto a tray and slapped it onto the counter. She made eye contact with me and could see me standing there not taking the food which any rational person would understand as a customer needing service for some reason. I let her know it was supposed to be a to-go order and she did not confirm to have made this mistake and was about to rectify it, she just started grabbing a bag back behind the counter. I didn't know that was to bag my food until the food was bagged and I was being handed it. But in the process of her bagging my food, she dropped like an entire handful of fries out of the fry box and instead of putting them back in my bag, she just threw them away. So there was a big handful of french fries I had paid for which she decided to throw away. Did I raise a stink about that or ask them to do anything? Not a chance. You think I'm willing to have any further interactions with someone like that? No. I'm going to take my food, enjoy it, I have to since it cost almost $16, and then I'm just never coming back to this Arby's. Plain as that. I imagine in these times it's really hard to find good employees, and you kind of take what you can get, but I have a feeling if you offered maybe two to four more dollars per hour, you would be able to attract someone that's not just an angry liability to...
Read moreI don't understand why we as consumers continue to visit restaurants that have lost their great food service let alone write bad reviews because nothing ever changes due to having customers that except mediocre food and we pay more than regular fast food prices for slop. All they do is replace your order with more of the same slop and truly think they did something great when it was there fault in the first place, make the food good when we order (simple). People want consistent great food everytime. Let's face it fast food staff could care less and they mock you as a customer when you have an issue, there is no care on how they serve food to paying customers, I'd love to see how their food is prepared when they eat there I'm sure it's a very different experience for them they get what we as consumers should also get unless they enjoy mediocre food as well. Never again will this location get my business and trust me they could care less when guest say...
Read moreThere is an employee here named Graham that I would literally buy a bologna sandwich from. His customer service far out reaches my expectations of fast food service. It is too bad Arby's doesn't have a direct email because I am ready to write corporate about him. My late night group of 4 young over tired, hungry and stimulated children with 2 moms who felt the same arrived at his drive thru discombobulated and having a very difficult time figuring out what to order amongst crying and indecisive group. Although I apologized multiple times I can only imagine what it sounded like in the headset and what they expected at the window. Graham was so very understanding, kind and patient throughout our mess and we are still so very thankful even the next day. I will be back solely due to the customer service we received. The food was also fresh and...
