This is not a good place. I had just gotten my haircut at the pro-cuts just down the street from it. It was very windy and I could smell and it made me want to try them. I go through the drive thru just to be greeted by a "hello?" like I had just butt dialed someone at 3 am. Had to ask them to give me a minute to look at the menu since I was unfamiliar with it. It was partially obscured by the speaker by the way so most of the left hand side was blocked. Great design there but I decided to get a tender combo.
Here's where things go sideways. They have three tender combos. The first one gives you three tenders, the second one, five, and then there's a third one called a Po'boy combo. I assume that would give you seven or so. All come with fries, a biscuit and drink. Fantastic I thought. So I order it and go up to the window and pay. Got my drink and my food and went home. I look inside the bag and strike one is that I don't have my biscuit. Second strike is when it looked like they literally just scooped everything up by hand and chucked it into the bag. The fries were everywhere and the tiny ass bag they give you was five times too small for the amount in there and here was the kicker. I expected half a dozen strips or so. NOPE. Turns out that third tender combo is a god damn baguette sandwich with lettuce and pickles. I dislike lettuce and can't stand pickles. All it had were two strips and like the fries, it looked like they just threw it all together and casually wrapped it. At first I thought they screwed up completely until I looked at the menu online to find that nope, that is indeed what I ordered.
Who...the hell...designs menus like that. Literally EVERY chicken place ever has the standard rules of progression when it comes to tender combos. Each combo gives you a little bit more and a little bit more. Why they planned it like that, I have no clue. It's not even obvious on the menu itself in the drive thru. There's no picture that I remember and I scoured that menu and never once thought it was anything other than just strips. And the food was only alright.
Take your business literally anywhere else. They clearly...
Read moreI ordered through their website to pick up via the drive through. I left to pick up 2 separate orders, one for me and the other for my boss. I told the lady once I got to the speaker that I was picking up two orders that I made online and I gave my name and the name of my boss the lady repeated both names back to me and said my name 2-3 times. I got to the window and a lady said my bosses name and handed me her order and turned her back to me for me to leave. I told her I had a second order and told her my name. She starts speaking to me in Spanish, I waited for her to finish so I could let her know I don’t speak Spanish and when I did she gave me a look of disapproval. She then told me I needed to get out of my car and go inside to wait for my order because “I did not tell them before hand that I was picking up both orders and it wasn’t ready.” I told her I did say I was picking up both orders and she proceeded to argue with me. I decided to get down because I just wanted to pick up my food, I asked her how long it would take and she just said “I don’t know” with an attitude. Number one I don’t appreciate being judged by my skin and then giving me a look of disapproval and attitude after someone else made their own assumptions about me. Secondly what is the point in making online drive through orders if you’re going to make me get out of the car anyway? When I order through the drive through without placing an online order picking up via the drive through I have NEVER been asked to get down and wait inside. Thirdly I find it highly inappropriate for her to argue with me about what I said at the speaker insinuating that I am a liar. I hope this lady can redo her customer training because this was...
Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE!! The young lady working the drive through got my order wrong, so I went back through to let her know! She had a very nasty attitude about receiving the food back! I just asked her for a refund since it was too much for her to remake my order?! Plus, I didn't want it with that type of attitude! It's no telling what she'd do! I told her I paid with a pre paid card and she would have to give me cash because you can't put money back on this card! She doesn't listen and does it anyway! I tell her again and ask for a manager. This guy comes over all belligerent and doesn't listen or understand what I'm telling him! He tells me to contact my bank! I tell him it's not through a bank! He wasn't even trying to hear me out! I explained to him I'm not trying to be a problem but trying to tell him the issue! I asked for the corporate number and he says it's on the sign! A little sign that I can't see! Come on that's not how you do your customers! I don't think he was really even a manager! (Josue) he said his name was! I feel I was treated poorly because of my race! They were of the same ethnicity! I get it stick together, but you don't have to mistreat customers! I just wanted my order corrected! I guess they felt I was trying to lie and get something because of my race! That's always the attitude when a black person exercise their rights or stands up for themselves(even when not hostile)! Their attitude from the beginning was horrible towards me!! At least hear me out and correct my order!! All of these young disrespectful people working in fast food with no proper customer service...
