This is my first time that I have to write down a letter to complaint about something. I had great experiences with Panda Express, and Panda Express is always one of my best choices. But today, I had a very bad experience at the store in Park mall Arlington. I got some coupons from you them for new year promotion, and I wanted to redeem 2 coupons. But the employees were very rude to me, one girl's name is Gabi. At first, she denied to redeem my coupon and told me she couldn't do that at this store, I tried to explain to her, and finally I got it. But while I was talking with her, another guy (a tall guy with black glasses- Aidan) came, and he talked mean words to me. At first he said my coupons have expired which it is not, and when I presented the second coupon, he said they could only take 1 coupon per order, then I told him I want to make it 2 transactions, he said that the second transaction have to be over $2 in order to qualify (while the coupon says any purchase would be qualified), then I agree to buy a transaction for over $2, he then says "to be honest, we only accept 1 coupon". I have never seen this kind of service before where they try to make it harder to buy something by keep lying about their policy!! He made me feel like I'm being discriminated against because I'm Asian, and I am trying to get free food from them (but I got coupons from promotion and I am paying for my food). The number one dish, orange chicken has a completely different sauce and tastes nothing like the normal orange chicken at every other Panda Express. Every other Panda has been automatically putting soy sauce in the bag, and teriyaki chicken is supposed to come with, guess what teriyaki sauce. Neither were included at this location.
