If it had not been for Maddie this place would have recieved at least 4 stars. Maddie's customer service skills, or the lack there of, goes without saying needs some serious help!!!! She brought out a withered salad. When it was brought to her attention she just took it back with nothing to replace it with nor the offer there of. Maddie was distant and borderline rude upfront!! She even took my fork that was with my salad walked off so quickly that I had to approach the bar where a young man named Colby provided me with more silverware with a smile. He wanted to make sure that he knew where my guest and I was sitting so that he could fulfill our request of sending over a manager. But before doing that, he wanted to know how he could fix what was wrong, as I'm sure the look on my face gave away. We told him about the things that we weren't happy with and he immediately asked if we would give him a chance to right the wrongs. We agreed. He offered to fix a special drink for us to replace the ones that we were unhappy with. Satisfied, we again wanted to see a manager to give Colby kudos and to give Maddie a chance to grow. When she came over we explained our dilemma and requested that Maddie not be allowed back at our table. Shortly after Maddie returned to our rable twice. Upon the second occassion i asked if she had been informed that we no longer required her service. She said thatbshe had not, but insisted on knowing why. When attempting to explain to her how her customer service skills were lacking she cut me off continually and in the end had the last words to say, "fine then I won't be back at your table again!" Of course, this further upset me. Steve one of the managers that was over the previous said manager came at my request. He was very attentive, pulled up a chair, and presented very empathetic and almost apalled at Maddie's behavior, but in the end he made excuses for her saying that she had worked 3 double shifts and was exhausted. I know that he meant well, but Maddie will now have another opportunity to mistreat customers and the next time it may not be someone that genuinely has the interests for her to learn to treat customers better, but they might be so offended that they act out in other ways not so positive. Thank you Steve and Colby. The other manager that came over did not care she was clear about that with her lack of attentiveness to our needs and...
Read moreLet me just say, I LOVE Chilis! But this one was a horrible disappointment. The waiter was very nice & respectful but the manager is a different story. He requested/recommended that our party move to the patio due to customer noise complaint, to which we kindly obliged. Once we got to the patio the tables were dirty! There was dust, dirt, leaves, and ants! If you are going to offer someone a new seating place at least have the common courtesy to wipe it down first. Once outside, we were not properly taken care of. We had to repeatedly find the manager and remind him that we still existed. The poor kids were given food but no silverware and they were starving. Furthermore, he basically cut us off from ordering drinks (alcoholic). Stating that we needed to order food before we got to the point of intoxication or they would lose their liquor license. No one was near intoxication. We are naturally loud & were having fun but i guess that was not allowed. At the end of the night, he told us, " you're lucky i did not call the cops on you all!". We were not rude at all and we very kindly stated the fact that we felt as though we were swept under the rug and forgotten. He did apologize but he said it in such a a rude manner that it was clearly NOT sincere. Kept refuting that he did not FORCE us outside, which i nicely stated that I never said that, i simply did not appreciate the fact that we were re-seated in a dirty table. In addition, he refuted that he ever stated there were customer complaints in regards to our party. Overall the experience was awful. I will NOT be returning to this establishment and have the firm belief that the manager needs to rethink his place of employment. If he cannot appropriately handle a situation, then he should not be in a business that relies on customer service & customer...
Read moreI am very disappointed with this location and the overall experience with this restaurant. I cannot begin to describe the horrific experience that my 3 nephews/niece, my boyfriend and brother experienced. After an excellent and exciting game, we came to the worst Chili’s in Texas. First of all, we get a waitress named Tee. I am trying to order drinks all at once and she tells me I can’t order like that. Then I tried to explain to her that I wanted to order this way for a reason and again says “I’m not starting with you. I’m starting this way.”
After 2 times that she insisted I told her no and she said “ I’m just trying to get your drink order it’s not that serious.. I have 6 other tables, this is how I do it.”
I then made a comment and said “I don’t like the way you’re treating me.” She yelled, “excuse me” and I repeated it. She then threw our utensils at our table and yelled, “I’ll get you another server” and stormed off. I could not believe this. The kids were scared of how aggressive she was. I asked to speak to a manager but it took life for her to get there since Tee was already screaming and telling her what happened before I could explain.
As the manager approaches our table she was rude, snooty and unprofessional. She rolls her eyes at me and tries to butter the situation... the manager was a short, Spanish looking female with black hair. This was on 12/29/19’ around 7pm.
The manager and Tee continued to laugh with eachother and were very sarcastic, loud, rude and unprofessional the entire time. Even after we were leaving, Tee pushed me and my 16 year old nephew. Look at the cameras.
I called on 12/30 to report this to the GM and thanks to Benjamin, my complaint is being...
