Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Arlington

Taco Bueno generally meets our expectations, however tonight was a bad experience. Failure would have been an improvement. 2 of my kids don't like Bueno so I picked up Wendy's for them at 7:10. Then went two buildings down the street to Bueno. We FINALLY received our food at 7:40. We sat at the order board for 10 minutes before a real person came on to take our order. When she did take the order she rushed me, spoke over me and was condescending when I didn't hear what she said because she was trying to talk over me while I was ordering. I pulled around to the window and was given two of my drinks. The 3rd drink had red juice all over the cup and the lid. When I questioned whether the drink was correct, the girl at the window said that something had just spilled on the top and sides of the cup. And that was told to me rudely. Because we waited so long, I just took our order and went home. When I pulled the food out at home, my husband's Bueno platter was tipped sideways in the bag and cheese sauce was covering everything. The meat in the tacos was bland and the bean burritos were greasy and soaked through the tortilla. We will not be returning in the near future even though Bueno is one of my daughter's favorite...

Went to Taco Bueno 05/02/2023. Ordered food, once i got home i realized that i didnt get my tostada, went back to Taco Bueno drive thru, told the young lady that all of my food was not in the bag. She looked at me and didnt say one word for about 10 seconds, i was like"Hello" then she asked me if i wanted a refund, i said no, i would like my food made over because it was cold and i needed all my food. She asked me if i could drive aroung to the other side. I noticed that 3 cars went through the drive thru before she came out with my food. She literally made us wait for what reason i dont know. I then asked her why she made us wait, she just looked at me and didnt say a word and she smirked at me. I then said i wanted a refund. Thank God there was a nice young man who was with her was apologizing, and was super nice. So we waited for him to come back with my money(which took forever) so i drove back around to the drive thru, the money was just lying on the counter, so the young man (who was nice by the way)gave us my refund. The young lady had us there over 40 minutes just being real evil and taking her time with our food and our refund.. I AM NOT GOING BACK TO THE...

This is the message I wrote to @tacobueno on twitter. I am so pissed right now.

"I am extremely upset right now. Taco bueno is my favorite fast food restaurant. I am a college student who eats at Taco Bueno almost five days a week. I am a very loyal customer, but that doesn't mean money grows on trees for me. The location that I go to is off of Collins St in Arlington, TX. They have messed up my order four times. The other three times I have not complained and have let it slide even though one of those days it had been my birthday. I ordered a buenochilada platter with no meat, beans instead, and no chili sauce. I DO NOT EAT BEEF AND I MADE THAT EXTREMELY CLEAR TO THEM. I wasted my money today to come home and eat nothing because not only did they put beef in my enchiladas and chili sauce over them. THEY ALSO FORGOT MY CHIPS!!!!! I am angry. I don't understand why it is so hard for them to follow instructions. This is really unacceptable. I hope you can take what I said l into consideration, and in return provide me with something that I deserve. Thank you...
