Fatburger & Buffalo's Express — Restaurant in Arlington

**UPDATED I just tried calling in. I asked for a manager. I held for 12 minutes. Hearing the lady that answered my phone call out orders back to back so I can tell they're busy but I don't recall ever hearing her say, Hey, this person on the line wants a manage or anything like that. I hung up to try to call back in to ask is there a better time I should call? Well now the line is busy....but I will try again because good or bad I always try to reach management when I feel that they should know what's going on in their store. I even tried submitting my thoughts on their site. Sadly the page sat for 10min saying "submitting" Now please proceed to read my review of why I called in and why i will return to this place. Highly impressed. Burger A+ be careful. Check your hunger level. Don't let your eyes be bigger than your stomach. I should've gotten the original. I got the next size up (single pattie) and it was huge. I was fooled by the picture on the wall they directed me to. Ha! Go by the weight of the burger. Original is a third pound. Large is half pound. I was stuffed but happy I can't lie. Onion ring and fat fries. A+ Cookie shake ... yep A+ Oh sweet tea was suhhhhweeeeet. Someone didn't measure the sugar this day. They just poured. Ha! Only complaint. One of the workers had a nasty attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day but thankfully the person taking our order (young girl) was really nice. Patient and professional. In fact I need to call up there and give her manager the good news and tell them I said good job. Out of all the times I've eaten here at the Arlington location something is always wrong with the cheese burgers, every single time i put an order in I always ask for my hamburger meat to be well done every time I get it the middle is completely raw not even pink it's raw every single time I've ever eaten there, ask for well done & it's still raw,half the time it's missing tomatoes or the the fountain drink machine is out of order or they give you the wrong order of fries u order fat fries they give u skinny fries, it's always something.& I literally asked for my burger to b remade because it was suppose to b well done bt it was super pink he literally told me I'll just give yr money back because i can't make it welldone all the way through. Crazy and yr suppose to be a cook..The people they choose to hire & to work there especially the people in the back that are cooking & making the food it's like playtime back there, they're always joking & playing & laughing & talking more than they are concentrating on cooking,the people that run the cash register literally have no idea what's going on wat so ever. Whoever the owner is needs to do a way better job on the hiring process & stop hiring children that act like they're in middle school & actually take the time to hire cooks that actually know how to cook & take there job serious.it's literally a burger it's not rocket science. Placed online order, arrived about 5 to 8 minutes prior to designated pick up.

Restaurant was not busy.

Went to counter and said I was picking up on online order and gave them my name. 2 people were at the counter, manager and fairly new hire.

Told it would be about 10 minutes.

Was not offered my drink at this point.

15, then 20 and then 25 minutes go by. Finally manager is at counter again. I ask again for my order.

He literally told me that lots of people come in claiming to be picking up online orders....I had no reply, I just stood there. He finally looked into the system and saw my order and told the kitchen to get it out.

Now 45 minutes later, no order.

I asked the kitchen staff about my order and they told me there was nothing showing on their screen.

I ask manager again to check on my order. He prints out the order and hands it to the kitchen.

Still no one has even suggested that I might enjoy my drink while waiting.

Finally, after waiting more than an hour I am handed a cup and my order.

I open the bag and my onion rings were not inside.

Kitchen stated they do not cook onion rings.

But no one offered a replacement....not even the manager.

I stood there and requested a refund, manager would not and only said would you want a frozen dessert?

I agreed and left.

The food was subpar for FB standards. I travel for a living and know what their food should taste like....this was not even close.
