I got take out from this hidden gem. To set the record, I'm a huge fan of Nashville hot tenders. I haven't found a place that competes with true Nashville style but this might be the one. They call themselves a Sichuan x Nashville style and I like it, but honestly they taste very much like the true Nashville style, with maybe a slight hint of sweetness. They also have a house sauce that pairs very well with the tenders. They serve them with bread, pickles, and waffle fries or coleslaw. The fries were perfect... That seasoned crunchy style is my favorite. They coat the tenders a bit heavy in the breading but I wasn't against it this time. Maybe next time I can ask for lighter batter, but not a deal breaker. Their spice is also apparently made without lard and their own oil style, which tasted fine to me. Spice levels were maybe a tad weak though... Got level 6 and it wasn't all that spicy so might up that next time. They also have sandwiches which I plan to return for. There's also other chicken dishes which maybe I'll try later down the road. But speaking for the tenders, taste, style, etc, I give them 5 stars. Go try them out! And no not a...

The service, on the other hand, no so good. No instructions or greetings when we came and had to order by ourselves on the tablet while another customer came after us just ordered the food with a real person.
We substituted the drumsticks with tights because it says it takes 15 mins for the drumsticks, and we didn’t want to wait that long; however after waiting for some time, they served the drumsticks not tights (tights $3.5 extra). I went and asked for a refund cause they served the wrong food, the girl immediately took over the tray and replaced the drumsticks with tights and ignored my refund requests. Although I said I didn’t want to waste time waiting, I stood there waiting for her to do the replacement. I guess it’s fine if they finally gave me what I paid for, but no apologies received.
After we came back home, we noticed we were charged for special taxes and employee wellness fees, which would be fine if it’s disclosed, but I’m not 100% sure if it’s legit since I don’t remember seeing any disclosures when ordering.
Four star for the food and one star...
Read moreI’m glad I stopped by to try this place. I was craving a chicken sandwich and boy did this place satisfy. The guy at the register was nice and very helpful and I sat down to wait on my food and I swear only 1 minute went by and my food was being handed to me! I ordered the Lola sandwich with the Hot Boy heat level, I hardly tasted any heat and that’s how I wanted it so I was happy. The sandwich with 2 tenders was HUGE, so it could have used a little more of the sauce that was on it and the chicken seasoning could have been a little more flavorful, seems like spicy is the only seasoning that’s added. The coleslaw and pickles made the overall sandwich pretty tasty. I like the perfectly crispy and tasty fries with the comeback dip. My chicken tender sandwich combo with a drink totaled $21 which is still a bit pricey considering a meal for 1 with probably no leftovers. Everything was great, only 1 star...
