My son was scheduled for an interview at the McDonalds located on 915 E Randol Mill Rd, Arlington, TX 76011 on 8/24/24 at 2:OOPM upon his arrival when he told them he was there for a interview he was told the manager was not there and that was it no apology for the inconvenience of our time. I then I asked to speak with whoever was in charge that day a lady in a pink shirt came and said well the manager is not here and have a seat and she would come talk to us. We waited about 10 mins before someone actually came after that someone came not the lady in the pink shirt and told us that they did not have any jobs available. I asked why was my son scheduled a interview if this was the case. If there was no job available then why was the interview not scheduled. We received multiple alerts in regards to the interview via email and text message even a hour before interview a text was received. I noticed that it was only Hispanics that worked in that location on that day I feel like my son was racially discriminated on being that he is black and that's all I saw was Hispanics. No one could give me a explanation on why my son who is a minor was scheduled for a interview if there was no job available. This is unacceptable and if there was no job available the interview should have been canceled. I ask for a corporate number so that I could make a complaint and the person who told us that there was no jobs available could not provide that information. Why was the manager not there to provide this information if this was the case and from the looks of it the only staff there is Hispanics. I have never even experienced a lack of professionalism in the many jobs I have had in my life so for a teen to experience racial discrimination at a major corporation like Mcdonalds is sickening...
Read moreThis location ridiculed and laughed at this customer for expecting exact change back. Isn't a cashiers job to know how to count and distribute change? They spoke in mexican and acted surprised when I expected exact change. Does that give this non english/bilingual the right to ridicule and laugh at a customer in spanish? If your going to make remarks, do it in English. That way I can respond and you don't seem like such a coward.

Read moreOrder food through the drive thru!! I ordered a sausage cheese biscuit and a hashbrown. The hashbrown was not cooked very good PLUS Not even ONE KETCHUP PACKET IN THE BAG!!! REALLY!!!! Is it so bad that in the drive-thru you have to ask for KETCHUP, SALT, PEPPER and/or NAPKINS ANYMORE!!!!! Guess next time I will hold up your line!!! I will not pull forward to wait for my food and I will make sure everything I need is there first! Let's see how that makes your Efficiency Report Go Down for time of each car's spent in the drive-thru line!!! That's why they ask you to pull forward!! Each car is timed and it goes on a report. It can't be removed or changed!!!
