Absolutely disgraceful staff. We placed an online order for a 3 meat plate (sausage, sliced, and chopped brisket). We pick it up, got home and realized the chopped brisket is missing. We’re all hungry so the kid starts eating while dad calls the store to see about picking up the chopped brisket. He’s told by I think Ronaldo who said he was a manager at the Mansfield location that we would need to bring the food back to get the missing brisket. That didn’t really make sense considering anyone could just eat something and say they didn’t receive it. Just ridiculous, it’s 7pm and our kid is already finishing his helping. We payed nearly $30 and only received two meats and was given the runaround by your staff who was implying that my husband was a liar. They said they have a lot of people who scam them and people lie about stuff there. Really should consider customer service training. Just disgusted with how we were treated...
Read moreIt has been 2 years since eating at Spring Creek BBQ, here in Tyler, Texas. Why, because the service was terrible and food was sub-par. I go back last night, 09.26.2021, and what do I get? I get a glass with lipstick on the rim. I called over the Manager and very calmly explained the situation, and his reply was, lipstick is one of those things that is hard to remove. Apologized, but did not even offer another glass of drink. Also, has to repeatedly ask the server behind the counter to dump the water out of the dish for green beans and pinto beans. Still, got to the table and there was so much water - you could have filled a drinking glass. Then my wife goes to the front to get a To-Go box, and if course, no service. Even the Manager walked by without offering to help. I understand that COVID19 has hit the restaurant businesses pretty hard, but some things can and should...
Read moreMy issue is with Spring Creek corporate policy. Why are they charging people more if you sign up for the loyalty app than they do the person who randomly walk in with a coupon? Spring Creek has a monthly coupon that comes out: Buy 1 Get 1 free dinner. If you use the app instead of the coupon the deal is Buy 1 dinner and a drink (drinks are $3.65) and Get 1 free dinner.
So for the privilege of using there app, you have to pay an additional $3.65 plus tax! Really? The app has no value whatsoever when you can get a coupon that gives you a better deal.
Whoever came up with that marketing strategy needs to go! Skip the app and...
