Bad Gaucho Service. 2 meat cuts within a span of an hour. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience on our first visit. I'm going to describe shortly what happened so management can better handle or train gauchos next time. It is important to mention that Melissa, Jackie, Miguel, and Christopher were doing their best to give a good service. We were seated at 3:00 but no server came to our table. Eventually, Melissa passed by and asked if we were taken care of and found us a good server. She got us Miguel, nice and friendly, but he was also running as manager, so I understand he was too busy covering all bases. Anyway, drinks were brought... got some buffet, at 3:30 passed the gaucho with  chicken wrapped with bacon, at 3:45 beef rib, and at 4:00 chicken wrapped with bacon again. Within this time, the gaucho with the picanha passed by 3 times and never even looked at our table. Felt bad and ignored because of this, and we couldn't understand the reason why he wasn't coming or stopping by our table. Every time, he just kept serving the group by our side all the picanha and then skipping us to serve the rest of the tables. Even though we told servers more than 4 times about this issue, this kept happening. Eventually, by the 6th time he ignored us, I stood and asked for the manager and the check. I described the situation, and he apologized regarding the issue and told me he was going to run with the check. The fact that he ran with it was reasonable due to this awful experience, but we came to this place to have a good time and experience not looking for a really bad experience and free food that we couldn't even enjoy. It's not necessary to escalate any situation to this step to later being taken care of. To management, I know you can train your gauchos better and show them a balanced way to serve whitin the tables so eventually they can achieve to provide an outstanding service and a whole experience to all the people visiting the restaurant while avoiding just getting 2 meat withing a span of an hour. ... And definitely having servers like the ones I mentioned before help relieved the awful experience we had, so please give them kudos on their commitment with customer service.

I've been here in the past and usually have only great things to say but they really came up short for my wife's birthday party. I booked the large, private room, that was supposed to provide us a server just for our room, and the selection of meat was supposed to be easily accessible. First off the room was ice cold. We had a cold front come in but the rest of the restaurant was warm, that room was freezing. No matter how the thermostat is adjusted, it never climbed over 62 degrees. Our server, though he did his best, was serving other tables outside of our room, as well as the other 2 rooms which is contrary to what was promised. Doing this caused him to forget to bring us originally ordered drinks, refills, etc. We had to ask when the meat was coming several times, and for 14 people waiting to try different meats that never or hardly came, it was very frustrating. The lack of heat caused us to attempt to let the curtains down to attempt to block the cold air to no avail. Finally the straw that broke the camels back was they brought us a personal space heater about 10 minutes before we left. We were there 3 hours. So while we made the most of the night, we were gravely underserved and paid way too much for what we received.

I had never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse and couldn’t wait to try it. I had made reservations earlier in the day. I was impressed with their wine display. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our waiter, Juan, did a great job explaining how the meat delivery system works. Each diner has a card which serves on one side as “stop here and let me try some of that meat” and on the other side it’s “keep going with that meat skewer.” There was about 8 different kind of meats being shopped around on skewers. The salad bar was very nice and offered many options, including soups and rice. You can choose only the salad bar or you can start off your meal with the salad bar and continue to try the steaks, ribs and chicken being passed around. The meats were all delicious although some of them just had too much salt. Even a family member of mine who loves salt thought they were too salty. But it was truly good food, everyone at my table immensely enjoyed it and would not let an overzealous chef ruin it by being salty. The deserts were top shelf and very delish. It was a little pricey but we truly enjoyed the experience and will bring family and friends here in the future. I would definitely recommend this place to all meat lovers.

Horrible experience, It took 20 minutes to finally get some medium well & we'll done meats, it felt like the servers with the meats were quickly moving past our table & seemed almost annoyed when we asked them how much longer for medium to well done. After 20 or so minutes my dad asked asked for Lamb chops and I was able to get some chicken and sirloin that was medium rare, my dad asked for all four (small) pieces of lamb chops and then asked for some more to be sent out bc we had been waiting for a while. This seemed to startle the young server who then said that he would get some more ordered, 4 more pieces were brought to my dad, asomething felt off, like we were not welcomed, were we were seating, I had a clear line of sight of the kitchen were the meats were being cooked & I could see the kitchen manager yelling and screaming at the server who had left the lamb chops, It looked like the kitchen manager was yelling and instructing the servers to not walk by our table and go around (making gestures with his hands to not go straight but go around our table) Shortly there after (maybe a few minutes) the same kitchen manager walked to our table leans over my shoulder and tells my Dad to stop eating all the lamb chops bc they have other customers to serve & to try other meats (we don't eat rare, medium or pork), this both startled me and made my dad upset bc of the amount of time we had waited for the meats. At this point, we could no longer enjoy our dinner &I asked our waitress if I could speak to the manager, she then told me that the manager was the same person that had just told my dad, over my shoulder to stop eating all the lamb chops, I then asked her who is above him and she then said she would get the general manager, I then told her that I wanted to speak to him privately, I then walked to the area next to the bar & the manager (named Paulo) and I spoke about what had happened, I explained that the kitchen manager was rude and offensive in the way he leaned over my shoulder to tell my dad to stop eating all the lamp chops bc there was more customers to serve, the manager seemed a bit shocked and then apologized and said that his kitchen manager is not like that and he normally gets praised for his service and work ethic. The manager I believe his name was (Paulo), then asked if he could apologize to my dad and when we walked back to my table my dad was by this point speaking to the kitchen manager, who was denying he had said anything to our table and that he was checking on us, I then told the kitchen manager that what he said and how he did it by leaning over my shoulder was offensive and very disrespectful, the kitchen manager denied saying anything like that and refused to apologize, at some point a Karen (older, fat white lady) began saying that I was blocking her from getting food and that I needed to leave, I then pointed out that I was not obstructing her path and although she was a bigger person she had plenty of space to get her food, the Karen lady then began yelling curse words directly at me and calling me a low life and to just leave, the manager seemed startled, and the manager then asked for us to continue to talk at our table, we then returned to our table, the manager genuinely embarrassed by the Karen customers random outburst and the offence we had endured by the kitchen manager, said he would pay for our meal, I declined for him to do that and informed him that the damage was done and that I wanted to pay and leave, the manager took my payment, manager only charged for half, after signing the receipt the Karen (older, fat white lady) continued to hurl abuse at me and my dad and was saying she saw the whole thing and that we were low life's and needed to leave, I then told her that we were not low lifes and that she doesn't even understand the language in which the kitchen manager offended us(Brazilian). At this point we left, we never received an apology from the kitchen manager and at no point did anyone stop the Karen (older, fat, white lady) from abusing and...

My wife and I decided to give this place a try for our date night. Seemed pretty easy to make a reservation with a few days notice and they had plenty of slots open, especially for a Saturday night. When we arrived I gave them my name. They looked for a few moments and couldn’t find my reservation, so I showed them the emails confirming I actually had made my reservation. They got us seated quickly but placed us in an undesirable location (right next to main entrance). We could feel the cold air from outside every time the door opened. After getting with our server, we headed over to the salad bar and began grabbing some side options. Sat down and flipped our card over about 7:05. We ate our pickings from the salad bar, and waited for the meat to come by. In total 3 pieces of meat came by for our selection during the hour we had sat down (all within about 20 min of each other) I received a pork rib, a chicken leg, and small piece of sirloin. After that no more meat. Their dining room was so excessively full that servers and other staff could barely scoot by the seats and we were back to back chairs with other tables. I began to notice that the front hosts/hostess had sat everyone that walked in (without reservation). The staff/ meat selection were not ample enough to handle that many people and therefore our experience lacked greatly. What’s the point of a reservation if you plan on packing people in like this anyways. I would never have gone anywhere else and paid the price I did for the 3 small cuts of meat and sides I got. We then tried to order dessert, which is something we were actually excited about. If you look online you will see them advertising a small table side show like experience with a few of their desserts. We had mainly been wanting to try their crème brûlée, which they show to do flambé near the table. Not the case at all. They brought it out and just sat it down and walked away. We were repeatedly told we’re so sorry, the kitchen is behind. Again, we apologize. I appreciate the sincerity but again service was definitely lacking. We popped into the crème brûlée and were immediately disappointed. The sugar topping that is usually nice and thick that you should break was so thin there was nothing to break. We decided to send it back after a bite and they quickly took it off. We received the check and paid. Staff were polite and wait staffed seemed sincere. Outside of that, I would not return to this location. I would be willing to pay this price to not be packed in and be helped on time like I should. I get this was a Saturday evening, but that was my whole point of making a reservation. Either way, other people may have better experiences. This one just...

8/30/25 visit: Absolutely still 5 stars! Everytime we come here it feels like visiting family. Juan was our server this time and he was spectacular. Anything we requested he made happen. He was kind, funny and made the guests we had with us so impressed with our restaurant choice. Paolo, the manager, is a gem! We accidentally stayed past closing because we were having such a great reunion with our friends and he encouraged us to stay a little longer and even gave us a super sweet surprise after dinner. And if that was not kind enough he walked us out and took wonderful pictures of us in front of the restaurant that turned out beautifully. Everyone there went above and beyond to make our night special. We hadn't seen our friends in 5 years and they made our reunion so special. I love this place! I've eaten at more expensive versions of brazilian steakhouses all over the country but I still come back here because they are rockstars. Everyone is so gracious and they will always be my favorite place to take our dinner guests. Can't wait until next time!

9/14/24 visit: Still 5 stars! I still love the laid back atmosphere and delicious meats (my favs are Picanha and leg of lamb) that are here. The meat rotation was perfect and our server, Kevin, was a Rockstar. He was attentive, and even made fantastic recommendations that led to us trying a new side we hadn't realized they had before. Even the gauchos were personable! I was so glad we came back to an old favorite to see exactly why we had declared it a favorite to begin with. We'll be back for sure!

July 31, 2022 visit: Still a great experience. Clean and our service was fantastic! Dedra and Deborah were so kind. The owner always comes by to say hi and he is an absolute sweetheart. I always have a great experience and the lamb chops, beef ribs and bottom sirloin are my favorite as always. This time the meat could have come out a little faster but overall wonderful experience as usual.

2nd trip: Just as great! We had Maria as our server and she was wonderful. Food was delicious. Still one of our favorites!

First trip: I loved this place! Food was delicious but what really set it apart is the magnificent service. We had Daniel as our main server. He was phenomenal! Super attentive, nice and made sure we got everything we wanted to try. The managers were even super nice! I will hands down be back. The garlic top sirloin will make you salivate and the beef rib was so tender it melted in my mouth like mashed potatoes. I'm a fan now and can't wait to go back. Totally worth the trip from Fort Worth. I live a block from Texas de Brazil in Fort Worth and would choose this place over them anyday after the experience...
