This was my first visit to this retailer. I had never heard of them. I stopped by this location before heading to the grocery store. It's located in a shopping center with other brand named stores. You do have to cross a huge parking lot, but the thoroughfare roads were visible with stop signs. The exterior is clutter free. They have ramps to the entrance with automatic doors.

The interior is clean, no smells, well lit with aisle shelves at various heights and soft unintrusive music. The product sections are clearly identifiable. Employees were either checking people out or stocking. They have a huge "youth" section from christian to educational books, supplies, toys and supplements. The music and apparel sections were a pleasant surprise. Some aisles near the back were compact. I do wish the employees could have circulated around or asked if you've downloaded the app. The app and website have coupons. A majority of their customers must purposely shop there. I purchased 5 inspirational tees that were on sale. I will definitely returned and I've downloaded the app. The prices overall are very reasonable. However, I downloaded the Andrew Peterson books to my kindle. It is definitely worth a visit for gifts and teaching supplies. A $70 cart with 4 casters was on sale for $30. I should have...

Great selection to choose from. I assume it was stocking day and came across 7-8 employees and not a single person ever greeted us or looked our direction. As we would enter the many aisles they were spread amongst, no one bothered to move as we looked or even a simple hello or asked if we were finding everything okay. My 3 year old was taken to the restroom by my husband and an elderly lady followed my husband around the restroom area and the surrounding aisles. I noticed she was following them until they came back to me towards the front of the store and she just stared at us and then walked away never saying a word and an upset face. When I arrived to the cashier, I had an item that i did not notice was missing a price and the cashier literally huffed at us and she paged for a price check. When I winning tonight the 1st thing the cashier told me was the store was closing in a few minutes to hurry up and make my purchase Because the lights would go out shortly. I told her no problem only came in to get a planner, Want to ask a which one of the planners was a good planner. She informed me that she puts everything on her phone. That's how we do it nowadays So I went ahead and purchase purchase my planner. Then I took my time and decided to look around the store. Funny thing guess what the lights never did go off. Not only that but four more customers came into the store. You can tell when I get ready to walk out the store that she told the coworker something cause I kept looking at me in turning her head, And I can understand when you tired and you ready to go home but still that is your job in customer service should not be that way.
