Get the “Best Day Ever Pass” and spend a few hours here - totally worth it. Having unlimited access the mini golf, bowling, laser tag (we didn’t do test this out), and having a preloaded arcade card was a great way to spend 4ish hours for two of us. The place seems a lot bigger once you find the mini golf area (which was a little hard to find from the inside of the place). Also, the shareable snacks that they have are definitely shareable size. We got the loaded fries, and it was like a whole plate filled with fries, bacon, and cheese. The two of us made them our lunch for the day - that’s how big the plate was. I would like to note that Alley Cats is more aimed towards families, so there are a lot more kid arcade games/prizes, so just a heads up for expectations rather than expecting a more Dave&Busters vibe. Other than a few small things, we had a great date on an early Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t super packed, so there wasn’t lines for anything. Still highly recommend checking out their deals/packages and planning to come to the venue a little earlier in afternoon!

Fun place to take the family most of the staff was great . The whole family enjoyed the games . The reason for only 3 stars is because the lazy and employees at the prize counter really amazed me with there attitudes. There where 4 employees behind the prize counter and only one kind of working . The one thing that really upset me was I had spent over $200 there taking my son to play for his birthday. He was excited to get his prizes for the points he won, and the employee at the counter was picking prizes for him that he did not want and just tossing the toys at us to get us threw the line and when I noticed that he shorted my kids about 2000 points and called him out on it . His excuse was "I already cleared the screen so there is nothing I can do". So instead of having a moment with that employee and upsetting the wife and kids I will leave a review. So warning ⚠️ If you get the red headed employee at the prize counter, watch for him shorting your kids on points and him picking the prizes your kids don't want. Other than that the family really did have fun.

We've had nothing but exceptional birthday party experiences here. We enjoy it so much that we actually did the twins party here two years in a row. They think of all the details and you don't have to worry about a thing except inviting people and they even give you pre printed invites. There's never a shortage of food and the staff are very accommodating. They move the kids smoothly between activities like a well oiled machine. From a parent perspective, it's such a relief. Additionally, the cost is an incredible bang for your buck. After experiencing a couple miserable parties elsewhere we were able to truly appreciate the value in the experiences and customer service you receive with these guys. My kids have now hit an age where they probably won't have big parties anymore but to anyone who's looking.... This is the place to beat. Both years we did bowling and Lazer tag with pizza and video game cards. Everyone left happily exhausted. On a final note, clean easily accessible bathrooms right across from the party room!

Eddie the GM has no control over his staff he allowed my child to get bullied and not do anything instead he fired her because me as her mother I came up to the establishment to see what was going on.I asked for a meeting with him well over a month ago, he continued to dodge me until I decided enough was enough. He play favorites and allow the caucasion people to disrespect the African Americans. He proceeded to say that he would call the police on me for trespassing.Zero one of the managers is very disrespectful and does not know how to talk to people. My daughter helped some girl named Alexa with a party and the girl received a tip for $300 and only gave my child $20 of the tip money. My daughter was upset but did not say anything to her about it seeing as though she did all the work. One of the managers named Megan found out and said that she needs to give my daughter $150 of the money and Eddie made it seem like my child was stealing and proceeded to call my child and basically fire her for me trying to figure out what happened and said that we were not allowed at the establishment.Little do Eddie know Alexa makes out with one of the young boys from games. He knows nothing that goes on in the establishment because he is always in his office eating when he should be supervised.Jennifer sits in the office all the time with Eddie and uses my daughter to do her work. They cut my child hours because of me coming to the establishment the first time to ask Zero what happened she said i threatened her when i did not do such a thing.Eddie continued to say that I was trespassing and he would call the police on me because I wanted an answer that he could not provide. They enforced that associates are not to be on their phone meanwhile I walk in and see associates with earbuds on at the counters.Jennifer makes the schedule and always leaves early she never does her work properly she make tabs and give discounts and does not inform the associates so when the customers are upset she sends them to the African American ladies because she is scared because she screwed up.Eddie leaves when he wants as well. This establishment is poorly ran and something must be done about it.Also ever since NeeNee has been gone the place is going downhill and one of the associates has the company credit card and that person is stealing money.Hint Jennifer and Eddie.Somethimg definitely needs to be done about this like an undercover boss should go to the establishment and act as though he is a customer and just watch what takes place but he definitely needs to come when Jennifer,Zero, and Eddie is there and everything that i said will...

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Alley Cats Entertainment bowling alley located in Arlington, Texas at address 2008 West pleasant ridge road and I feel compelled to warn others about the appalling treatment my family and I endured during our visit.

What should have been a fun family outing turned into a distressing ordeal, thanks to the completely unprofessional behavior of one of your bartenders. Not only did they embarrass me by sharing sensitive information about my tab with family members who were not the cardholder, but they also exhibited outright discrimination. The bartender openly assumed I couldn’t afford my tab (which totaled $166.66) and treated me as if I didn’t belong, despite the fact that I am a paying customer.

To make matters worse, the bartender held my card in their possession, adding to the humiliation and leaving me feeling powerless in the situation. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. A customer’s financial status should never be assumed, nor should sensitive information be shared without consent.

This experience was not only demeaning but also deeply hurtful, particularly as I was there with my family, including young children. What message does this send to other families about the quality of service at your establishment?

I urge the management to take immediate action to address this situation. A full refund of the $166.66 tab is the minimum remedy I expect for the poor treatment and embarrassment caused by your staff. I also expect a formal apology for the unprofessionalism and discriminatory behavior displayed by your employee.

Until this issue is resolved and steps are taken to ensure such behavior is not repeated, I cannot in good conscience recommend Alley Cats Entertainment bowling alley to anyone. Families seeking a welcoming, enjoyable outing should think twice before choosing this establishment.

Management, the ball is in your court—take this opportunity to make...

This is probably the worst location to have been chosen to spend the final day of our holiday visit for the mere fact that the customer service, organization, and quality was piss poor. To begin, we spent over $200 to enter which was not a problem; however, the problem began when we inquired about how the alleged “unlimited band” works. No one informed us so we decided to ask one of the attendants at the desired activity. The nonchalant and dismissive attitude by the busboy was very rude because he assumed that we did not have the appropriate access to the activity. He did not bother to even answer the question before blabbing about nothing and STILL gave us dismissive directions when he was further shown the exposed lime green band visible on each arm. Overcrowded, probably racist, and very misinformed location. We then spent an additional ~ $200 on food just to receive scorched food and specifically a scorched burger. When we inquired about remaking it, the staff had the audacity to ask what for? When the “burger meal” (which is a single patty and fry) costs $11 lol. With an attitude like that we were not even comfortable allowing them to remake ANYTHING due to instances where cooks have sabotaged, mishandled, or simply did disgusting things to your food. We declined any more service and it was a complete waste of money!! I would not at all or EVER recommend this place as a visitor to Texas. However, the manager was very nice and understanding. Nonetheless, the staff needs a complete revamp because believe it or not, a bad reputation can make or break a company and the location was by far horrible, overcrowded, and possibly racist as the continued to make assumptions that due to your ethnicity you couldn’t possibly “afford” the meager activities....
