Saw this place on IG and knew I had to try it out. The customer service was top tier. I believe it’s two brother that are the owners both were working and greeted us upon entrance. Extremely friendly, came to our table where I was trying to decide what to order and explained the menu and concept to my mother and even brought her samples of the meat and sauces to try. There was a group of us so we ended up ordering a rice bowl, a salad, tacos, biriyani and samosas chaat. We choose paneer and chicken, all were too scared to commit to a full dish of goat but the samples they gave us it tasted really good. The Smokey tikka sauce had a great slow warmth to it and paired well with the all the topping we added especially the red cabbage. The samosa chaat was delicious. The dining area is not giant but sufficient in size, clean, bathroom is huge and very clean. They had masala chai, cardamom chai that dispenses from a machine but it was hot and very tasty (obviously not as good as fresh mad but it hits the spot) The food was really good but I think the thing that stood out to me most was one the employees was new and seemed a little unsure of everything and very timid the owner instead of being frustrated or snapping at him or just taking over had such a gentle yet firm approach to encouraging him and explaining everything as well reminding him to communicate with the customers to get the order correct. It was not berating or coddling at all it was uplifting. And that was the “cherry”...

Read morefantastic Indian restaurant that serves food Chipotle-style, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. I tried both the chicken bowl and the goat bowl, and I was blown away by the flavors. The chicken was perfectly spiced and tender, but the real highlight was the goat. According to the server, the goat is slow-cooked for six hours, and the result is incredibly tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat with rich, deep flavors that hit just the right notes.
Each bowl was packed with fresh, vibrant ingredients—fragrant rice, flavorful curries, and delicious toppings that perfectly complemented the proteins. The portions were generous, and every bite was filled with layers of authentic Indian spices and textures.
The casual, build-your-own concept made it easy to customize the bowls to my taste, but no matter how you choose to build it, the quality of the ingredients shines through. It’s not just a meal, it’s an experience, and it’s definitely worth every penny. This place is a must-visit for anyone craving bold, authentic flavors in a fun, modern setting. Simply put, it’s an awesome spot that I’ll be returning...
