Salata — Restaurant in Arlington

I wish I could give negative stars for customer service! Extremely rude servers. While getting my salad bowl yesterday for lunch, I asked for some extra veggies a couple of times, the lady serving me looked at me in such a disgusting way as if I asked for gold! Then when she passed my bowl to the next lady she uttered something in a really low voice to the lady she was passing the bowl and the other lady looked at me and started laughing! I couldn't tell the name of that lady, but she was the only one wearing a mask. And it is not only her, even the other servers working there have really bad attitude while serving. This is not something that happened only yesterday, but I noticed this for the last 3-4 times. I tried to ignore it before, but yesterday was very demeaning as a customer. I have been a regular here, but never coming back to this location. I have always loved the salad here, but the customer service is really bad. I hope they change their ways to serve customers in a respectable manner.

It was my first time visiting this a Salata. The staff assisting in serving spoke spanish and broken english. It was difficult to communicate. She was rushing us and being very impatient as we made our selections that we were not familiar with. There no one else in line behind us. They had many options to complete a salad, but I was not pleased with the quality of the items I chose. Definately overpriced with no without the quality, atmosphere, service that you would expect for the cost. We even left with utensils. For $50 for a small and regular size salads with no protien selcted, you are expected to eat with your hands. Stick with what you know before visiting Salata. Its not worth it. They dont accept cash when I decided to get thier $1.50 cookie. We wasnt offered dessert before...

Okay so yeah I freaking love this place! They have so many options for toppings to put in your salad. Like I'm indecisive but they let me sample the different dressings and proteins. I ended up picking the balsamic vinaigrette to go on my salad and the pesto chicken which is amazing like so freaking tasty. It was between the balsamic or fresh herb vinaigrette which is also yummy. If your a salad girl like me you'd love this place too it's great when your craving a big salad. You can put as many toppings as you want then protein is an extra charge but it's worth it for sure. Also if you want to feel a tad healthier go try you some salad here you won't be disappointed I know I...
