STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This is a long story so follow along My fiancé bought my ring here in June 2024 i had It shipped out to be sized and they sent it back literally THIN almost breaking it was so thin but i let It go cause we had engagement photos in Florida so there was NO TIME.. 4 months later the MAIN stone comes out no worries i bought the warranty. So they ship my bring back this is 2x sending it back they fixed the stone then tried to come back and charge us to add a shank in (because it was too thin we no shit we told yall that when we picked it up the first time) we decided to just not add the shank and just keep it as is because we questioned the jewelers work because of work previous done on the ring. Ring comes back and guess what… they added the shank ANYWAYS then turned around and tried to charge us.. we said no we didn’t approve this they took the charge off no worries.. cool thanks.. 3 months last right as it’s time for my 6 month check up BOOM the prong breaks in the SAME SPOT THEY REPAIRED IT.. no worries we will send it back this is the 3RD TIME WEVE SENT IT BACK in less than a year… we then get a call from them saying hey ring is ready when we get there they say oh we have to send it back the diamond is not centered.. so now 4th time sending it back.. fast forward today they call him to pick it up it’s Finally Ready I’m 4 months til my wedding and this ring has spent more time in the shop then on my hand.. so he goes to pick up the ring.. The prongs look like a child did an experiment on it completely ruined the ring not only did they put the PRONGS ON TOP OF MY DIAMOND THERES A DIAMOND MISSING FROM THE BAND.. now they want to take it back a 5th time after they CALLED US TO PICK IT UP.. the prongs aren’t even even this place is the worse they wanted us to trade it in and PAY MORE TO GET A NEW RING.. NO I WANT MY DAMN RING FIXED CORRECTLY.. i called The store KATRINA was nice but put me on hold for 17 mins i called Back and asked for a manager she said she busy can i help You i said No i want A manager she said then you can wait i said Do you want me to cuss you out or the manager.. she said GO FOR IT.. then hung up on me.. I’ve called 13x and got hung up on EACH TIME.. after reading reviews to find out KATRINA IS THE STORE MANAGER IM DISGUSTED OVER MY RING.. stay far away from this place.. FAR AWAY.

I brought a necklace to be fixed that my late husband bought me. the man that took my necklace and information was new but ok he said they will call me back when is ready and the man didnt give me anything but my naive self trusted him. 3 months went by and no call so I called the store and they couldn't find my necklace I said maybe its under my husbands name since he bought it. and sure it was. I told the man that my husband was dead and so he said it was Fine and that I could come pick it up and that he had made a note. well took me another month to come get it because I got sick and we had that winter storm and the store is 40 minutes from my house. once I went to the store the manager short African woman with long breads was so rude from the begging like she didnt want to help me. I told her about the situation and she had absolutely no emotions she went to go check and said I couldn't get it because it was not on my name and that there was no note. I showed a picture of myself wearing the piece and still no emotions told me to call costumer service. and they were even worst to deal with. scream at me and asked to bring a will in order to proof that I have rights to my own necklace. I said maybe I can bring the death certificate and marriage license and after a while she said ok. I called a week later to pick up my necklace and the manager again wanted me to call costumer service to have them give me something to prove that it was ok for me to bring the death and marriage certificates. so once again I called and thank God this lady was so nice and called the store and told them to let me get my necklace back.
my necklace was only like 90 bucks but is very special to me. the stress and treatment as a widow was so unnecessary and only brought more pain to my healing process.
I will never buy anything else in the store and my daughter wanted a necklace from the Disney collection. im glad I got my necklace back but that lifetime warranty is not worth...

She tries to make u buy expensive pieces u do not want. When u know what ur looking for, she tries to make u purchase extremely high price items no matter how many times u tell her no! After purchasing my item and having it sent off, I also had one of my other rings sent off that had a lifetime protection warranty on it and they didn't want to honor the warranty on it because it was the old warranty and not the new warranty program so the ring was not fixed. So the ring was replaced. In order for any work (sizing) to be done on the new ring I would have had to purchase yet a 3rd lifetime warranty yet again for this ring and I refuse to do that since it should've been covered under THEIR LIFETIME PROTECTION WARRANTY PLAN THAT THEY REFUSED TO COVER!! Because of this location, I WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING AT ZALES AGAIN!! I have purchased ALL my jewelry from Zales for the last 11 years, but from now on I will go somewhere else. Thank u Arlington Zales for making it abundantly clear that y'all care more about sales than y'all's customers!! That was apparent by yalls clipboard sitting on ur counter as well. Oops! When picking up my bridal set a week ago the manager didn't even bother to give me a box or bag to walk out with either. Just my ring set and receipt. Not even a good bye to walk out the door with.
