Every time I go in the inside to order, I have a problem. They got my order wrong, so after waiting again for 5min, the cook hands the girl my food and says it's for me, the girl then sets my food down and proceeds to get 3 more orders off the counter and bag those and hand those off, I then tell the girl who took my order that that box she sat down is mines, the girl told the girl and she ignore her and continue to get 3 more orders ready, then after she had no more orders she then bagged mines and says here's your order and sorry about that, I told her no your not sorry, I just sat n watched you make six orders and toss mines aside as if I wasn't waiting already 15 mines for my food then you make me wait in additional 4min, even thou ya was in the wrong and all you can say is your sorry, it's like I'm being punished for speaking up that my food was made wrong. But it's ashame that I would rather go to another canes than this 1 that's right by my house. And I hate to say that it's because of my race, but every time I go inside, I have a problem. Went to get food, when I got to the drive up window, I noticed I forgot my wallet at home. I though no big deal, I just use Samsung Pay. The kid working the window didn't know what it is, even after me explaining it to him. He said I will get the manager, the manager comes to the window. I explain to him the situation and he says their system is not compatible with Apple pay. I tell him it's not Apple pay but Samsung pay and it works with any credit card reader. He responds we still can't take it since we don't know if it's your card.
I asked what do you mean if it's my card, it uses my fingerprint to authenticate me. Plus if I paid with a regular card, you still wouldn't know if it belongs to me without checking ID which no drive through window does.
