(This order took place around 9:00pm). I ordered 2 medium strawberry frosties, 1 medium strawberry (dave’s craft lemonade with NO ICE), 1 dave’s single, 1 10 piece nuggets with honey mustard, and a large fry. They gave me a regular lemonade with ice, I told the person at the window that I ordered a strawberry lemonade with NO ICE and the person gave me a strawberry lemonade WITH ICE. I drove off because of frustration of them messing up twice then I realize halfway down the street they didn’t get me my large fry so I went back and parked then I was about to go in the dining room to just have everything resolved. The door was locked some chick completely ignored me while I was at the door. Even though the door said the dining room closed at 10:00pm. I then proceeded to go back to my car and go through the drive thru again to get my large fry (and of course now my frosties have melted, the ice has melted in the drinks (which the ice shouldn’t have been in the drink to begin with), my dave’s single was cold, 10 piece nuggets was cold, and the fries that they gave me were rubbery and cold. I don’t usually write reviews but this Wendys has messed up on something(s) everytime i’ve went there. Maybe if they got employees that listened and made sure the order was taken correctly then things would go more smoother. Read morei doordashed 4 queso fries, along with a cheese baked potato with light sour cream. those are the only things i ordered that were messed up. not only did each of my queso fries have bacon on the top, but one of them had a bright long red hair in it. the hair was so wedged underneath all the cheese and BACON(that i cant eat as a vegetarian might i add) that when i picked it out, fries lifted with it . this was absolutely disgusting. i am a vegetarian and i wanted QUESO fries not bacon fries. my baked potato did not have any sour cream on it (which i asked for) and the chicken nuggets i ordered for my sister didn’t come with honey mustard, (which i asked for) instead they put ketchup which shes allergic to. even if you were out of the queso fries, you could have contacted me through my dasher to ask what i would like instead because this is not what i ordered. i specifically ordered queso fries. to assume that i would be okay with bacon fries as a replacement is simply inconsiderate and lazy and not your place. this was no one’s decision but mine. i’m very disappointed and disgusted beyond my mind with this wendy’s location. do better or get a different job. completely and utterly disgusted and i will be reminded of this everytime i unfortunately have to pass by this wendy’s location. do better (and wear...
Read moreOrdered a classic chicken Asiago club, no lettuce, no tomato through door dash. It was wrong first delivery around. I pretty much received a chicken patty on a bun with a drop of ranch. I called door dash to have the sandwich re-sent out because a chicken patty on bread is bland and tasteless. I then called the store itself and spoke to whom I assume is the shift lead/ manager. They did not say thier name. I had called just to request that the sandwich be made correctly with bacon, Asiago cheese, and ranch and for them to please assure this. They seemed rushed and a little confrontational. Which with how short staffed they are I can understand the rushed part. However I didn't warrant the confrontational attitude, it was basically a phone call of what do you want, how can I get you out of my hair? Which isn't the way you want to come across to customers. If this was the first time I'd have had a chicken sandwich remake issue over the request of no lettuce, or tomato I wouldn't even bother with a review. But this is the 4th time this mistake has been made. The Managers less than pleasant attitude was just the cherry on top.
