Here's the thing .... I never and when I say never I mean never want to bad mouth a restaurant but this is THE WORST food quality, service I have ever had at Jimmy John's I just moved here and live .8 miles away that's awesome right? Wrong! My first order was a Veggie W/ NO LETTUCE which I think is nasty on sandwiches but hey I'm just picky well what if I was allergic to it then I'd be in the hospital because they made the sandwich and "tried" taking off the lettuce that's strike 1. I had some nasty soggy as* tomatoes in that sub it was so gross I has to take them out of my sandwich Strike 2. So I called and complained and next thing I know it they gave me a $9 credit when I paid 12.55 ? So when I called I simply reminded the person that I have a credit and to make sure they take it off before my food got there I called to double check how much I was paying and they told me that I was due for the full amount hmmm? That doesn't sound right so then I spoke to the manager and she competed the whole meal great awesome I was greatful but 30 min later yes you didn't read that wrong I received my order the order was actually good that day maybe because the manager was there? So Today 1- 05- 17 I ordered again and guess what I get ? My meal in 10 minutes in a freaking snow storm and the damm tomatoes where soggy, bread was too hard and the cookie wasn't even fresh/soft ? I love Jimmy John's but I can't say I'll order food from here again maybe the manager needs to clean house and get some clean, fast, younger worker's because Jimmy John's is KNOWN for FREAKY FAST AND...
   Read moreWe live 3 minutes away from this location. We called into the store when it had been 50 minutes since we placed our online order and it still had not been delivered. We then were told that they were just making our order now and it would be delivered soon. We asked how much longer and they told us "probably another 25 minutes". We requested to speak to the manager and sat on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up and calling back again. We spoke with manager Kai who explained they were low on drivers but offered no conflict resolution with an apparent lack of concern. He said the driver would be there in another 5-10 minutes and we requested our order be canceled as we have no idea if our food has just been sitting there for an hour now. If the order is running behind, there should be communication sent out via text and/or email informing the customer. "Freaky Fast" holds absolutely no value anymore. We would like our purchase refunded and with this experience, we will look to other sandwich companies...
   Read moreI came into JJ with my boyfriend and our 5 year old. We didn't have any expectations of eating in the restaurant but decided to sit and eat in the location. I was anxious because we brought Chick-Fil-A into the restaurant for my son and wasnât sure if we would upset the workers but the team working didnât care at all! There were 3 people working and they all greeted us when we walked in. The assistant manager introduced himself by name and asked for us to kindly leave a review! Also, the thing that spoke volumes to me was that no one was complaining! Itâs so rare to go to fast food style restaurants and dine in and not hear the team complain about something. The location was organized and all of the mayo was facing the same direction. One guy was prepping in the back and another filling the empty chip holes in the front. I have been in management for 12 years and this is a top tier team who truly believes their customerâs expectations...
