They put a lot of love and intention into their food. If you end up talking to them about it, you'll learn how they see food as medicine. I had a few inconvenient experiences but have come to see that as due to their growing pains. That they were open to feedback provided me with the opportunity to learn how much effort they put into sourcing quality ingredients that promote health. I had never had Lebanese food and WOW I love it! This is what flatbread is meant to be! I never knew. The gentleman who helped me at my first visit put haloumi on the mushroom flatbread for me, and it was so so good. Made with love....
