Purchased a powered sofa and love seat, and a coffee table. The sales person was very good about telling us that they are on sale, but there might be another, better sale coming up in the next couple of days. She said they would honor the new sale price if our purchase had not yet been delivered. Since the store sale was going to happen two days from the time of our purchase, and the delivery was not to take place until at least 10 days later, we went ahead with finalizing the sale. When the final total was given to us, it did not seem correct. When reading off the price of the coffee table, they had it $50 higher than the price posted on the table on the floor. She apologized, and corrected the error. We went back two days later to check on the new sale, and the items were actually now being offered for an even lower price, and they re-did the paper work. No problem, great in fact! We decided to purchase an end table as well, for the sale price. When this sale was totaled up, the price again did not seem correct. Upon review, the price on the end table was also $50 higher than the posted price on the floor. Coincidence, or commission based sales tactic? You decide. We also decided to purchase a couple lamps. They were not in stock, so had to be ordered. We were told a week to 10 days before they would arrive at the store. Two weeks after the purchase of the lamps I stopped in to the store to see why the lamps had not yet arrived. The sales person I talked to said they were not available. I asked why we were not told that two weeks ago when they told me they would arrive in a week to 10 days? He said he made a mistake, they have actually shipped and should arrive in "less than two weeks". I asked why it was going to take two more weeks, and why I was told two weeks ago that it would be just a week to 10 days. He said he wasn't sure, but he would have the sales person we dealt with give us a call the next time she is working, which was a couple days later. I said, no - someone needs to call me in the morning so I have a firm date of arrival. That was two days ago and no one has called. I just got off the phone, and now the third person I am talking to said they are definitely in transit, and will probably be here by the end of the week. He said that when they do arrive he would have our sales person call when she is next on duty. I said "NO!", when the lamps arrive - I want to be called immediately. There is no reason to have the original sales person call. I didn't buy from them, I bought from the store. There is simply no reason for poor customer service... and we got hit with poor service four times over the course of purchasing five pieces of furniture. Read moreMy favorite go to store for furniture! The quality of their furniture plus their friendly, helpful staff - yes, Erika and Kimi I am talking about you - are reasons for my high rating! I was moving which required downsizing my furniture, smaller house smaller furniture. A couple months ago I went in looking for a smaller bedroom set. I found one I was looking at, but it had much more to offer than I realized. That is when I met Erika, who walked me through all it's hidden secrets - hidden drawers for jewelry, hidden shelves to set glasses on so as not to mar the wood, all pretty great. Plus the quality was amazing. I left a very happy person, even happier after delivery, when the delivery persons assembled and positioned the entire set for me. They were very efficient and professional, not to mention careful in the handling of the furniture. I came back a few weeks ago looking mainly for living room furniture, not really sure what I was looking for - just came in with dimensions and a vague idea. That is when I met Kimi, who listened to my thoughts and steared me through several settings that were close, but size was a major concern. She measured furniture, rearranged it also so I could consider various possibilities. When the perfect set was found - an L shaped couch with ottoman I embraced the whole picture and added an area rug, pillows, tray and vases. Then Kimi found the ideal media cabinet to go with it all. But no new home is complete without a unique look for the front porch so knowing that we talked about thel basket chairs for front or back porch area and added those as well. Upon delivery I watched the two gentlemen.bringing in the longer of the couches struggling to get it through the door due to the tight angle. They only had a couple inches to work with, even after removing the feet but they did get it in, carefully making sure they did not damage the couch as they went. They were wonderful. After both deliveries I received calls to make sure everything went well with delivery and there was no damage. I still have more furniture to buy in my future and you can bet I will be back at Furniture...

The reason why I gave 4 stars was because I went one day and the saleswoman didn't know the prices of some pieces and I had to go back the next . At the risk of the pieces I wanted being gone. Most of the items were still there but one of the pieces I wanted was broke and the person who helped me the next day priced it rather high when I know the sign the previous day was much less. Whereever that sign went, I don't know... The other part was the loading. The salesperson will get on their loading dock and hand the furniture down to you which seems quite dangerous to me. They don't help you put them in your car. This is the only other reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise the fact that the pieces I purchased for such a good price was well worth it all so I cannot complain when that comes into play. My son now has a great set which is nicer looking and cost a lot less than the one I purchased as WG&R. I'm going to try to keep looking for a different set at Furniture Row now. I have yet to go back but seeing the one I purchased for his new place just made me want to tru to get a nicer looking one around the same price! Sad but also exciting! Sad because the one i own was just purchased in February 2020 and almost triple of what I paid for his! Thank Furniture Row!!!!! (PS if you do go to WG&R do not purchase the protection plan, they do not honor it at all! , I would choose Furniture Row over them anyway...
