I ordered online for in store pick up. I have never done that before. I walked in and not one single employee greeted me, there was about 5 of them. A few did look up and went back to what they were working on. I stood there waiting for someone to help and I look to my left and see my order. I grabbed my order. I went to the counter and yelled out to the employees “can I take this? Is it all here? One employee responded “should be” and continued working. I walked out to my car and then realized I did not have my sodas filled. I went back inside and filled up my cups, and again not a single employee said a “thank you, or have a great evening”. When we got home and opened our bag there were no napkins, no mayo packets that we specially asked for, and we specified to have our sandwiches split in half which they were not. If they are out of an item: THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU! YOU CAN STILL ADD IT TO YOUR ORDER AND THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU FOR IT! They do not disable the option on their site if they're out!
I ordered chips with my sandwich, and never got any. When I called the store, they said they didn't have chips at the moment. But they still charged me money for it.
You can't do that. You literally cannot charge people for an item that you do not have. You should either provide a replacement, or refund that item, without having to get the customer to call over it.
Also, they are ridiculously slow. They claim "Freaky Fast" but delivery time for my past 2 orders have been 1 hour or longer. Very disappointing. Will not order from this store...

I asked for a sub that had tomatoes on it and asked for them to be removed. The cashier told the sandwich maker and I paid for my meal. Literally within me walking from the cashier 2 feet to my right they gave me my sandwich. I was impressed! Until I drove back to work to find tomatoes on it. I had no receipt as I was not offered one with no label on the sandwich to indicate no tomato. I’m not one to complain...but what if I was allergic to tomatoes and had already driven away (like I did) and had no time to get back to the location.
