If I could leave a 0 star rating, I would. I went to Wendy's today, February 2nd, 2019 to grab something quick for my family. I went through the drive through as always because with small children it is much easier. After ordering, I paid and waited. While waiting, I went over my receipt so I would know how many of each "category" of food I would need to look for. I noticed one of the items I ordered was wrong and tried to get the attention of the people inside so that I could get it corrected before they made the burger and had to remake it. I was ignored until a younger teenager noticed and she came over to ask if I needed anything. I told her it was incorrect and she went to have it fixed (thank you, by the way). A while later the manager comes up and asks for my receipt because their screens went down and they needed to know what I ordered. I handed it over. Minutes pass (about 7 minutes) and the food starts coming out. I get the last bag and pull up to check the food to not make those behind me have to wait. I noticed that two items were missing. I parked my vehicle and went inside to get the items I paid for.
No one was at the counter. It took another few minutes before anyone came by. It was again the younger teenager. I explained to her that I was missing items and she went to let the manager know. This rude woman came up (the manager) and had me go back out to my car (in the cold) to carry the food and drinks in. So I head back out and bring them in. This is not easy as I have multiple bags and two drinks. I set it down and explain I just want my missing items (that I paid for mind you) and she still has an attitude over it, telling me I didn't order one of the items (so I had to point it out on the receipt). The teenager states that that is why they have the "extra" under the heater, and the manager tells her to be quiet. They bag up what I was missing and the teenager asks if I wanted any sauce. I told her yes (because the sauce was not there either) and the rude manager tells her not to give me any. The teenager says "what" and then gave it to me anyway (thank you, again).
The manager is a rude * who should not be in a management position. This is the SECOND time I have gone here and had a bad experience because of this manager. We will not...
Read moreWorst Wendy's I've ever been to and I've been all over the country. Drove 45 minutes for costumes and decided hours ago to have Wendy's with my family. Immediately should've left. It was smokey as hell when we walked in. The guy at the counter was clearly frustrated and what appeared to be the manager was too busy on his phone to even help. I included the best picture I could get of him trying to show his co worker something on his phone that he just couldn't wait to show her in the middle of dinner rush. I don't even blame the cashier for being overwhelmed, but I do blame him for beinh just flat out rude to me. After waiting almost 5 minutes at the counter to even be acknowledged I was standing in front of the register. He walks up and doesn't say a word. Snaps at me before I could even finish my sentence about the Boo Books, because they're out them. Fine, that's understandable, but I'm not the one who chose this job. Maybe be at least polite. The food was sub par, cold nuggets, cold fries and crap service. Thankfully I wasn't the only customers annoyed by the cashier or the service, another diner said "he's lucky he didn't get head butted". If you don't like your job, quit. That was the worst...
Read moreIt really pains me, to give one of my favorite fast food chains such a low score, but the past few times we've stopped through for some food, it's been cold- the burgers were literally cold, mush soaked and dripping with mayo, ketchup, see through lettuce, disgusting tomatoes & that was just the sandwich 🙄😕 all of the deep fried foods were cold and grossly old tasting. I'm so very disappointed from these experiences and I don't think that I'll be going back there, at least to this location, any time soon. Surprisingly we didn't get food poisoning from something served to any of us that day. I REALLY hope that they use this feedback as fuel, to strive to be better than their competitors and to show our tourists, just how polite, proud & friendly our Wisconsinites can be!
