Hard PASS on this place!

The "pizza" is basically a burrito shell with some cheese and maybe a little sauce on it. Not much flavor and definitely NOT worth the prices. Yes, it's A$pen, but we expect something better than this.

The REAL issue is the service. The wait staff would literally rather stand around talking to each other and playing paddy cake clapping games than wait on the customers! Our "waiter" clearly lost interest when we weren't going to have a large bill including drinks and never once checked on how we were doing, never refilled our glasses, and eventually got us our bill. HOWEVER, he took it upon himself to alter the tip amount to get to 20% AFTER I signed the receipt for much less and we left!!! THAT IS ILLEGAL! To the restaurant's credit, they did credit the overcharged amount back to my card, BUT never once asked who the waiter was and basically laughed when I noted the problem and that I wanted the amount credited. I tried calling several times to speak with the manager and that person was never around. I was also told that the waiter likely lost the ticket and just added 20% automatically. It was said so easily and matter of fact that it sounded like a common excuse. Not wanting to look up the receipt or asking who the waiter was.....WOW!

$5 on a few tables each night over several nights and suddenly that's not a bad self-imposed pay increase every month! Had this same thing happen at another chain restaurant years ago and have never been back to any of the chain's stores since. PAY ATTENTION to your credit...

This meal for four garndparents and four grandchildern was a big disappointment. The children tucked into the children's menu with the hihlight being the opprtunity to make your own pizza. Given that involvement of the chef was minimal and it arrived 10 minutes after other entrees served, it seemd overrpiced. The other children entrees went unfinished. My lasagna was only supermarket standard, unspectacular and also over priced. The service was teh main issue and pretty shambolic. We presumed that the two waitpersons were inexperienced. The serving of the bottle of wine was entertainment! I was not shown the ordered bottle before the waiter struggled to work out how to use the 'waiters corkscrew'. I had to offer assistance. I was not permitted to taste before all glasses were filled. Fortunately, the wine was fine (albeit overpriced). Plates were cleared progressivley as diners finshed their entrees and we were offered a dessert menu before some had finished their main course. It all seemd rushed when there was only one other occupied table. Inevitabley the bill came before desserts were finished. One of our group complained to the manager and we were told that the bill would be adjusted. That represented as a delay in the payment going through but no...

Arrived at 5:15 and it was pretty lively, then by 6pm, it was PACKED. Strangers hovering over our food with their butts inches from our heads as we sat because they had no where to sit. Coughing, laughing, yelling inches from us. Very small restaurant, like fire hazard small with THAT many ppl in one small dining room at one time. PLEASE do not bring a stroller or wheelchair ♿️. You will have to fight tooth and nail to get in and out the restaurant due to the design of paths and crowds.

Food came out FAST 💨 within 5-7 minutes of ordering. The “Kids make your own pizza”was cool and very popular. The pizzas in general were very good due to their brick oven. Pastas were average 😢 I ordered the Killer Carbonara bc it was a top rated dish and it was left mostly untouched. Overall good pizza for the kids and a very kid friendly restaurant with LOTS of large family groups. Just be prepared to accept the agitation that comes with extremely crowded places. For us, would rather do delivery of their pizza and...

We were two big families who walked into this restaurant without a reservation or any prior research—we actually found it by chance after all the restaurants downstairs were full and spotted its entrance upstairs. There were 10 of us in total, plus a dog, including four kids. And we found the perfect table to fit us all! The staff here were incredibly warm, pet-friendly, and so kind to the kids. Since we didn’t plan ahead, we weren’t sure what to order—but everything we chose turned out to be delicious! We even saw kids at another table making their own pizzas—definitely something we’ll try next time! At first, we were worried that a large group like ours might be turned away (as happened with another restaurant downstairs), but here, we felt completely welcome. The food came out quickly, water was refilled promptly, empty plates were cleared right away, and the servers were thoughtful and attentive. It made for an unforgettable Saturday lunch break during our four-day camping trip. Thank you—we love you guys!

We ordered lasagna, veal parmigiana, and shrimp fettuccine. All three pasta portions were small, but my fettuccine was notably tiny. It felt like the chef ran out of pasta and sent the dish out anyway. The sauce was ample, enough for 30% more pasta, and the shrimp portion was adequate. The food tasted fine, though not exceptional. For the first time, I felt compelled to complain about portion size to our server. The owner was kind enough to address my concern, explaining that the town is encouraging restaurants to reduce food waste. However, my portion was insufficient, barely suitable for a child, let alone an adult, especially after a day outdoors. Despite good service, I wouldn’t return to this restaurant based on the portion sizes alone. At $38 for a plate of pasta—a fair price in Aspen—I was surprised by the tiny amount. I don’t mind paying higher prices, but the portions need to be reasonable without customers having to complain.

I had high expectations for a venue in Aspen, but my experience was mixed. The food was satisfactory, but the cleanliness of the glassware and water jug was disappointing, necessitating a request for replacements. On a positive note, the host on duty during the evening was exceptional, accommodating us with a table of our preference. However, I was taken aback by the service from the Latino staff members, particularly since, being Mexican myself, we communicated in Spanish. Their service fell short of expectations. At one point, without an apology or inquiry, we were bluntly told to move as they needed our table, which was quite surprising. Additionally, while I was still dining and considering ordering more food, the bill was brought to our table, giving the impression that they wanted us out quickly. Based on this experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend visiting this establishment.
