Ordered on the app. $50 something dollars worth. On my way to pickup my order, they called from one of there personal phones to tell me they cannot make the sandwiches because they were out of bread. This was around 7pm and they don't close until 10. They tell me to request a refund on the app. There is no where to request a refund on the app. Tried to call back and the store phone doesn't work. I called the number they called me from and was told that they dont have the authority to issue a refund. I would have to talk to manager. I was then told the manager would be off the next 3 days.
This was over a month ago, and I still cannot get a hold of the manager. I've stopped by the store 4 times and was told the manager was out. I have asked the employees to have the manager call me. No one has ever called me. Also, this store doesn't have a working phone.
I cannot find any customer service phone number or any other way to contact Subway customer service for help either. All numbers I've found are for Franchise information or technical support.

Read moreMy husband and I stopped by this morning (4/5/18) to grab a sandwich before heading home. The food was fine, but we were appalled by the behavior of the employee, Shannon. A man who appeared to be homeless came into the shop and asked her if it would "be a bother" if he sat at one of the tables in the corner and fill out some paperwork. (My husband saw the top one and later told me it was a job application). Shannon proceeds to roll her head around, roll her eyes, and then in a very exhausted and drawn out voice tells him she guesses it would be alright. If that was the end of it, it wouldn't be THAT bad, but she then turns to us and starts mouthing things about the man, being completely obscene and then mimicks cutting him with the sandwich knife she was holding! I was so shocked I didn't know what to say. To think that all this man was trying to do was to get his life back together and she had so much hate in her heart she felt the need to act that way. She was absolutely the worst employee I've ever seen at this location......
Read moreI came in to redeem a coupon for a footlong sandwich for $5.98. The woman serving me asked if I wanted it deluxed. I asked if that would change the price on the coupon and she lied and said no. I was charged $9.98. When I pointed out how she lied to me, the other woman at the register patronized me like a child and said "well next time don't order deluxe". She did not apologize, she did not offer a refund or try to rectify the situation. Then she threw my receipt away without even asking if I wanted it, and then she starts digging threw the trash for it, placing discarded receipts on the counter. I was not pleased at all.
