I hope to NEVER go to a Little Caesars again!!! The store level management doesn't care about you and the corporate offices don't either, this visit we ordered about 50.00 in what should have been wonderful pizza pies, special ordered not the regular pepperoni or cheese, it was dinner time 6pm they are busy inside but we ordered online and got the password for the kiosk said 30 minutes well not it has been 45 minutes and no pizza waited another 15 minutes and still no pizza, the young lady says I'm sorry we lost your order, give us an hour were busy and we will remake it, of course we're not very happy but we really wanted Little Caesars as we are loyal to them for several years and order weekly. The hour is here we go inside asked about the pizza pie to discover you guessed it they lost the order, the young lady says we'll give us 30 minutes and we will remake the order, still desperate we agree like I said we're loyal, ok time has passed we go to the counter the lady says oh I am so sorry we can't find it they must have misplaced the ticket we don't have it ☹️ the management on duty tried 😡 to say we didn't order, we produced a copy showing we ordered and it was supposed to be ready the first time by 6:30 it's now 8:30 reluctantly we get a refund but they had to call someone to find out how to give money back, you would think the manager would apologize or maybe offer something anything maybe a pizza, bread sticks...Nope! A call is made to the Corporate office the next day a phone call is made from someone claiming to be the managers boss, she listens and tells me we paid for it and we just needed to wait till they fixed it I explained we did for almost 3 hours remember we ordered at 6pm the first time, well she said we got our money back said she was sorry and she didn't offer anything either except they will do better next time. Well this Spurs another call to corporate about her attitude and lack of being a professional, about 4 or 5 days pass no call from anyone, so I called back another 4 or 5 days pass and I call again, well now a month later and still no call no care no concerns. I am a small fish in the sea but I hope to never return, it's very sad to be loyal to learn it means nothing at all, but I forgot these big chains could care less about any of us and they could loose hundreds a day but someone else will fill our spot I. Did not feel comfortable going back in and saying something because I seen how rude they were being to everyone that came in and a manager saying he was not going to remake a pizza for a customer who called and complained about their pizza. Also as I sat there and waited for my pizza so many kept coming in for hot and ready pizzas and they didnt have any and told them it was going to be a 20 min wait they lost a lot of business people kept walking out. Little ceasars started as hot and ready thats what theyre known for they should always be on top of that. Also bad customer service when workers are yelling and heaving complaining every time another customer walks in the door.
Edit to add: visited again today and yet again they made a crappy pizza, super thin and hard and I didnt even order the thin crust... their answer was "that's how its made and they cant help it"... that's absolutely not how its made and the fact they still serve it to the customer when you can clearly see it didnt get made right. When People spend their hard earned money they expect to get exactly what they ordered. After arguing with them they agreed to remake it but in the process they continue to say its not their fault and how they arent even suppose to remake it. Service, here is the nitty gritty, and it's not just here, it's something I have noticed about most places. You literally can not get someone on the phone to place an order. If you are having one of those rare lucky days, you end up with a few options:
The website is extremely limited, but, it seems, we are expected to use it only. There is no option to tell them "no sausage on my supreme," because sausage is usually gross. There is no option to pay on pickup.
