Absolutely nasty employees and trainer, also odor from lack of cleanliness. I walked in, found one outlet for my laptop, and signed up on the Arby's website at around 7 pm to get the deals–I had my laptop with me—and the website crashed, as you can see from the screen shot, when I tried to enable 2-factor authentication (2FA), so at this point I was NOT going to put my debit card info: I would pay in cash. So, I take my iPhone to the counter, and first the cashier said “I can’t do that: You have to order through the app. [For the record, I often go to McDonald’s and have NEVER put my CC info into their website: I *always* pay in cash.] I then ask for the manager, and SHE tells me can’t ring it up. I show her my phone with the order (the order was for a fries & drink with the discount), and SHE WOULD NOT HONOR THE ORDER. Worse, she asked if I would like it without the deal, paying full price for it. At this point, I told the biker cashier and manager to get lost. I have been eating at Arby’s on & off since the late 70’s at the one on 3rd Street near the Tech tunnel, and the one on Buford Hwy in Doraville, and I have NEVER encountered a franchise with this bad an odor; nor have I EVER encountered an Arby’s manager so arrogant. If you are reading this in the regional office, I think you want to send in a few “secret shoppers” and consider disciplining the franchisee, as the dangerous-looking cashier, the “trainer” and the Manager need to be FIRED.

*update* revising 4 stars to 2 because the advertised price on the crinkle fries was not honored! I was told that "something was wrong with the menu" and that the price in the system was higher. I was disappointed that there was no attempt to do anything about it despite the price being clearly advertised. My partner was so appalled that he insisted that they do something about it... We should not have to even ask for that when the price is clearly displayed! Curly fries are still fresh and delicious, which is why it's not a 1-star rating. Crinkle fries are above average for crinkles but nowhere near as good as the curly fries because, well, they're crinkle fries. Fries are delicious as always, but chicken tenders were small and partially overcooked. Still tasty though!

This was my first time here, being from NY I've always seen Arby's advertised but I've never eaten there. It was great, as usual the staff (here in Atl) were all polite and accommodating. The food was fresh and good. It's def a meat lover's paradise lol the meat is good. I had the chicken bacon Swiss, it was good. Def 2 meaty thumbs up. P. S. I was vegan for 9yrs

anyone who has had a good experience at this Arby's must have been literally starving to death or a glutton for atrocious customer service that today rose to new heights of lying and robbery. And yes i know those are serious accusations, but what else can you call an incident in which you pay for a good or service that the vendor cannot provide and then said vendor refuses to refund your money, offer a store credit or substitute the desired goods with others of comparable value? i ordered $48.84 worth of food including 2 milkshakes. I ordered ahead because not only is the staff here incompetent they are also incredibly slow. When i arrived to collect my prepaid order the manager informed me the milkshake machine was broken (a line i'm sure they learned from the McDonald's down the block) so there were no shakes for me. When i asked how he proposed to refund that portion of my order he shrugged told me the machine had been out a week and made no move to refund the money and offered no substitutions. I texted my partner, and he jokingly said I should demand more Horsey Sauce. When i asked for extra the manager said he had already put some in the bag. I said, "every time you've told me that before i've gotten home to discover no sauce at all, so can I have extra?" he said again "i put it in the bag already." when we took the food out at home, we discovered he had graciously given us 1 packet of Horsey Sauce, one of Arby's sauce, and one ketchup to be split amongst three orders totaling five sandwiches and two large fries. In short, he lied; there were no extras. To round off this farcical experience he handed me a scorching hot cup of tea with a few ice cubes in it said it was sweet iced-tea (I found out it wasn't sweetened later) and sent me on my way. So, either this manager is a total jerk deliberately screwing up orders or is completely incompetent; either way his lack of any skill at handling customer relations clearly trickles down to his staff who are uniformly rude, dismissive, and seemingly disinterested in providing decent service to...

The food was actually decent but the manager is so rude and incompetent that I don’t know how she’s lasted this long. After my meal I went back to order an apple turnover (big mistake) they proceed to give me a cold turnover and I ask if it’s warm and am instantly hit with a rude response “oh you have to ask for that” . I just wasn’t sure if I just couldn’t feel the warmth. Next issue is they gave me cherry and I didn’t know until I got in the car and took a bite. No biggie I go back in to change it out and once again I get another cherry. I’m a bit peeved but I go back in to switch it and the manager is scolding me and making rude remarks when I just want what I paid for. The guy actually tried to be decent but she’s the anchor that will sink this establishment. After the second switch I finally got a flat pancake like apple turnover. I then ask for a refund and the manager says “for what thats Apple thats what you wanted” I responded “ yes but it’s terribly made and soggy” she remarks” oh well that’s whoever made em this morning fault “ I asked “aren’t you the manager?” Which she answered yes, so obviously you don’t care about quality let alone whether people get the correct items. Shoddy workers with blind leadership. I’m a black 26yo male so I don’t consider myself a Karen but where do we draw the line at terrible service. I don’t even like Arby’s like that I just wanted a quick bite, way to leave...
