A hidden, but truly incredible find. As a burger snob, I have tried many burgers….
THIS is a what a good burger tastes like. This is one of 2 maybe 3 burgers that I will always remember.
If you want a truly delicious and memorable burger, look no further than Midnyt Burgers. The definition of a messy, greasy, smash burger just the way one would ideally expect it.
The flavors were very present, being fresh. The actual beef patties spoke for themselves, being well-seasoned and cooked the right way for a smash burger. The cheese was melted just right. The secret sauce they use actually paired very nicely with the burger. The pickle choice was right, being that they were brined well, not being overly crispy and pairing well with the texture of the other contents on the burger. The onions were sautéed perfect for the expectation of a smash burger and held their flavor very well.
11/10 smash burger if I have ever tried one. This was truly made with thought and care towards the customer and I couldn’t be more impressed. The only part of the experience I regret is not getting a couple more to go.
I wish this food truck the best success and believe it’s quality output deserves its own corner shop in the heart of...
Read moreWe ordered via Uber Eats. My son likes trying new burger joints anytime we go out of town. He read about the Midnyt burgers and their secret sauce and wanted to try it. We ordered 3 burgers (all with midnyt sauce on them), 2 orders of fries with 2 midnyt sauces to dip them in, 1 of the garlic aioli sauce to try, and 3 packets of ketchup. The total was a little over $57. We got 3 burgers with NO SAUCE, 2 orders of fries without any sauce, and 2 packets of ketchup! The food was good, but we still haven't gotten to try the "famous" Midnyt sauce!!! I even ordered extras to try their sauces. All we got was 2 packs of ketchup. The prices were reasonable for the amount of food you get. $57 fed my family of 3. My son said the smash burger and fries were good, but would have been better with sauce we ordered and paid for. We may try to eat there again, but next time we will eat in the restaurant, so we can make sure our order is correct. If you do a pick up order, I recommend that you check your bag before you leave the restaurant. Don't get me wrong, I understand that we all make mistakes, but the restaurant is known for its "Midnyt sauce" and we didn't get to...
Read moreOrdered online. There is a $2.99 service fee. Not sure if this is incurred if you order in person. I first entered the Wild Leap restaurant (which is beautiful btw) to then realize Midnyt Burger is an actual food truck. No biggie. I couldn’t find the back parking lot to be closer to the food truck. I drove around twice and still couldn’t find it. 😌 so I instead just parked across the street from the lofts/lwild leap (upstairs). The staff appeared chill. Not much interaction to say they provided good customer service but it was freezing outside. Anyhoo down to the food…the smash burgers were EXCELLENT! Toasted, buttery, with caramelized onions just like I like it (January burger and a double burger) Only downside is that the burgers are pretty pricey. 2 - double patties smashed (small burgers) for a total of $27 and some change w/o fries is pretty expensive. Requested sauce on the side instead of on burger and did not receive it. I will be back to support but due to the high price it would be seldom. Be sure to get a triple or quad for a better...
