Night Owl Pizza- Midtown — Restaurant in Atlanta

I placed an online order for pizza, wings, and a drink plus delivery fee and tip was $57 dollars🤯. It was convenient because I didn’t feel safe driving after the snowstorm . The delivery guy arrived and as I headed down stairs for my food he called to let me know he forgot my drink, and that he will have to go back. Cool no problem.He Called back to tell me they didn’t have the two liter I ordered but they had can drinks. Cool that’s fine.He Came back with my pizza, wings, and drinks just to tell me my pizza fell off the seat of the car while driving, and that he will bring me back a medium pizza for the inconvenience🤦🏽‍♀️… They brought back an additional pizza to compensate for all the mistakes just for me to open the box and the pizza smelled like garbage & I Tasted the food and the pizza was disgusting 🤮 I’m a pizza lover but this pizza was bad. The wings were burnt and taste like vinegar!! The best thing about the order was the grape Fanta!!! Never again!!! I cannot understand how they have such a high rating . I had a bad experience with this establishment to say the least. To start off, the phone number provided did not work and said it was disconnected. Coupons we were given at the hotel specifically said to mention the deal over the phone, which we were unable to do. Finally we got to the website from a QR code. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, chicken parmesan pasta, a cannoli and a 2 liter of ginger ale. When the food came 30 minutes late at 1:30 am(after no communication of if the order was received or on the way) the pizza was cold, pasta was watery and the cannoli was half filled. To top the situation off, there was NO 2 liter of ginger ale. Waste of 4 dollars just on drinks. I was charged $1 in fees, $6 delivery fee, and $5 in taxes. $55 dollars for cold food, late delivery and mistakes. The same situation happened to another gentleman staying at the same hotel. The restaurant is less than a mile from where we stayed, so an hour and 45 minutes for mediocre...

I received a flyer in the mail, figured I’d order out since the Navy Federal ATM wasn’t accepting cash deposits and I was too tired to cook again. The delivery was efficient and the driver was incredibly kind, ordering over the phone was very easy too! The food was hot on arrival and they had two liters of soda as well. I got pasta, pizza and soda. The soda didn’t explode on me when I opened it and the entire 2L bottle was cold! It is a tad bit more expensive than what I am used to, but it’s also much more delicious than what I’m used to as well. It feels better to order from this restaurant than from dominos, papa johns or anywhere else like that. I love that the hours of operation are open late as well. I ordered during regular hours but the hours of operation being extended indicates that there are more jobs/shifts available consequently and that’s something I’m trying to be more mindful of when selecting businesses to support.
